I had a great experience purchasing my Washer
I had a great experience purchasing my washer and I would like to thank **Sam Gunarathnam** for his excellent support.
Initially, I bought the washer through another sales executive. However, when the delivery team arrived, the washer did not fit into my cabinets, and the delivery person had to take it back. It was a very stressful situation.
I then went back to the store to meet the original sales executive, but he was on vacation. Sam stepped in, took the time to fully understand my situation, and carefully listened to my concerns. He helped me choose the correct washer that would fit perfectly and arranged the delivery quickly. The new washer was delivered the next day without any issues.
I am very thankful to Sam Gunarathnam for his patience, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for appliances.

Their prices look better but apart from few items, there is no advantage.
Plus they will take no responsibility in case of delays or "out of stock" appliances.
We put down required deposit at their store in Mississauga weeks in advance, thinking that will secure our order.
Little did we know that some items are only secured by them 2 weeks in advance when you make full payment. So the whole deposit is just a joke.
Then they outright just said the electric stove range is not available. But we did find the exact same model at Home Depot.
And the last straw came when two parts were missing in the Microwave trim kit. When trying to return that item and demand refund, they are making us jump through policy hoops and not taking any responsibility.
Honestly, if you have a house purchase with lots of things to take care of as part of closing/moving, do yourself a favor and NOT BUY from this company.

Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. We are sorry to hear that your experience with CAS has been less than adequate.
We can see that your appliances were delivered on August 22nd of 2024. If a customer requires their order within the next 60 days since the date the order was placed, a 100% payment is required.
All estimated arrival dates are provided by the manufacturer, and are subject to change at their discretion.
Like all appliance distributors, we rely on the manufacturer to fulfill our purchase orders and have no control over the dates they are able to do so.
This information is shared with all customers at the time of purchase.
We regret to learn that the LG trim kit arrived with missing parts. Please note, CAS receives all of the products we sell directly from the manufacturer, in their original packaging. As such we have no way of knowing if an appliance is missing parts.
We can see that a return for the LG trim kit has been approved on September 18th of 2024.

Prices are good. The sales staff could be more knowledgeable. It would be better if you could pick up the appliances at the store or someplace in the west end. Mississauga would be good.

Vathsy, the saleslady that served me with my recent purchase of my GE fridge and range, was very informative and was able to get answers for me quickly.
She followed up on every detail right thru to the day of my actual delivery. I would strongly recommend anyone who wishes to purchase appliances, contact this saleslady.
