Atrocious after sales service
The service level I have received from this store is atrocious.
First, after sending pictures and measurements of my staircase, their delivery crew came one man short so they couldn’t install my fridge the day it was delivered.
They then came back two days later and installed it. Unfortunately their delivery guy removed the doors and when he installed the doors there was beeping noise that he himself couldn’t fix. Instead of taking back their faulty fridge he left it. While it was making the beeping sound and told me to contact after sales service. I called the after sales service and the CS agent told me it’s now a manufacturer warranty issue??? Like how insane is that?!. I proceed to lodge a refund/ replacement request to which they have told me it will take 7 business days days . That will put me to about 14 days of having a faulty fridge.
The sales consultant was extremely helpful and honestly didn’t want to cancel the order as I don’t want her to lose the sale. But at this point I don’t care, I just want them to take their fridge and I will go elsewhere.
Buyer beware of the after sales service. I am only giving it two stars because the sales consultant was amazing’
