Great consumer experience
Our salesman, Harmeet, was very knowledgeable and helpful and did not make us feel pressured in any way. The price of our dishwasher was better than elsewhere, including the price of the warranty. It was in stock, so we did not need to wait for weeks to receive it. The communication for delivery was good and they were on time and efficient. We are very satisfied with our overall experience. We purchased our washer and dryer here last year and had the same kind of experience. We highly recommend CAS to our family & friends

We had an exceptionally positive experience dealing with Canadian Appliance Source. We found the appliances we wanted on Thursday, visited the store to finalize the deal on Friday, and had the washer and dryer delivered and installed on Saturday.

Trashy delivery person said he doesn't give a shit. Confusing delivery process leaving out information.
I was scared in my own home today from one of the delivery drivers acting like a gangster in a movie about to attack me. Even though I was sure to be kind and ensure them I heard what they were saying to try to defuse their anger (which I am not sure where it was coming from). I'm sure if I were a man he would have let me speak more than 3 words. He didn't seem to know what was going on and he told me he doesn't care give a shit. I found out later on after calling customer service that another team would come in another date to disconnect, haul away and install. This is something customers should know before the delivery. I also hope someone at the company cares enough to ask drivers to have some class/ be presentable and not scare people in their own homes.

Timely and efficient
My washing machine came when they said it would. It was on time, they installed it quickly and tested it to make sure it was working. The delivery men were friendly and efficient. My only complaint is that they left the packaging behind when I thought they said they would take it. My kids did enjoy playing in the box though.

Great service from Joanne Mailloux for our return purchase from her. She is so knowledgeable and friendly. She helped us purchase our fridge and freezer and did such a wonderful job that when in a few months later when our dryer broke down we contacted her right away and we had it the next day.
