I am well pleased with my Bosch dishwasher. Delivery persons were also very good. When our white dishwasher was unpacked the kickpanel arrived in black. We contacted CAS immediately. Although all pictures on their website show dishwasher with a white kickpanel, Bosch says they do not make a white kickpanel. They have offered to reimburse us if we can source a white panel. Obviously, incorrect advertising at CAS. How can we source a panel in that colour that is not manufactured?? Poor PR from both CAS and Bosch!

The sales person was very helpful in figuring out the model that best suited our needs .
The sales person was very helpful in our quest for a new dishwasher. I specifically came to this store first time because after researching a replacement for our rusted rack machine .I hoped that there would be a large selection of machines to choose from so I could compare price and features . Selection was great with many models to look at . We zeroed in on 4 different manufacturers and models/pricing . Ultimately went with a brand I was not considering. Because I thought it was manufactured in the US . Yes that was an important factor. We are very happy with our purchase. The new machine has many more features and more space due to 3rd rack. Delivery and install went off with no issue . All in all a good experience .

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. My salesman Sree was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to answer or find an answer to all of my questions and followed up with me after the fact. I wasn’t looking forward to shopping for new appliances after having had a horrible customer service experience at TA appliance but it was a very positive interaction. I will definitely be purchasing my appliances from CAS in the future.

I was very impressed with the service…
I was very impressed with the service that I got. I didn’t think it would be that easy. I didn’t even have to go into the store. We did all this over the phone. Ruby was my contact person and she was excellent and the gentleman that came to take my old washer out were very good as well.

The delivery service was awesome
The delivery service was awesome. We had to remove some trim from a door to get the appliances in but they were patient and worked as they needed to allow me time to accommodate them with the space they needed and cleaned up everything. There was nothing different from when they arrived to when they left except great new appliances in place; and some trim removed from the door way which is no big deal to me.

Ordered a new upright freezer after our old one died. Shopping online was easy, the delivery guys were amazing! They had to do a lot of wiggle room to get that beast into my basement. Would highly recommend.
