Stubborn Delivery guy
Delivery guy left without installing the washer saying it was hard to approach the tap first so I made the way to the tap, then he said he still couldn’t install the washer saying my tap is leaking. Even though my building manager and I said it’s minor inner pipe leaking which is safe to use the washer because the tap should be opened all the time to use the water and will be fixed immediately and we would take full responsibility for that, he didn’t listen, just care about his quick leaving. He is unsuitable for the customer service, unkind and stubborn.

Best experience ive ever had purchasing an appliance
The salesman that helped me (im sorry I forgot his name) instantly greeted me when walking through the door. Was not in the least pushy about anything and only asked what I was looking for and if I needed any help to let him know. When I asked if he had a stove I wanted in stock he instantly checked for me, helped me get a better deal on the stove as well as the warranty and honestly made the purchase of the stove from this store the easiest appliance purchase ive ever made in my entire life.

The appliance broken from the start
The sales person was very nice. We purchased a dishwasher which we picked up and installed. The dishwasher was broken from the start. The pump and motor was leaking. It was new not used. I called to get another one and they said this one had to be a warranty claim so I’ve waited two weeks. Finally someone came today to fix it but they need parts so we’ll be waiting again for either parts or a new machine. In the meantime, we paid for a machine and still have not been able to use it.

Honestly I had never heard of CAS…
Honestly I had never heard of CAS before. I wouldn’t have been surprised if they weren’t real. (Online is subjective) yet, they were real and had an amazing selection of microwaves I was looking for. Nobody had them anywhere. Yet, they did! The salesman was so friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely go to them next time.

We bought a washer from the store and needed the matching dryer, the gentleman we dealt with was super helpful, the delivery was super quick (the next day) and the 2 guys were very polite and accommodating, would definitely deal with them again!

Fridge Order and Install
The only issue we had is that the estimated delivery date on the site didn't line up with the actual delivery date, and there was a period of three or four days after we ordered where we didn't receive any communication about our order (outside of receiving our invoice by email and a follow-up request to indicate our general delivery timeline expectation).
I ended up calling CAS a couple of days after the originally estimated delivery date to get confirmation on our order and set up a delivery time. The experience from that point was very smooth, but it was a little bit bumpy at the start given that we ended up having to initiate contact regarding our delivery. Otherwise, we're generally happy with both the product and installation process.

Christina was extremely helpful . She contacted me to seen7f I was still interested in the microwave. I advised her that I was , however a situation came up that had to be dealt with first. She was very understanding and did advise me that the microwave would have to be ordered because it was not in stock. Told her that was fine and I would be in touch . I got back in touch with her and we came up with a price that was ageeeable and now I am just waiting to go to Vaughn and pick it up .
