My order was a Bosch refrigerator. As soon as I sent an email to make sure that the product was in stock, I received a confirmation that the fridge was available. I received a pretty good price including delivery and installation of the new one and take the old one. The delivery was quick and straight forward. I really enjoyed the work and recommend Canadian Appliance Source.

I purchased a Forno dishwasher in…
I purchased a Forno dishwasher in January of 2026, it arrived a month late, which was fine. What has not been fine is that when the dishwasher arrived it did not work. CAS will not issue a refund and Forno keeps passing me off and doing nothing. It has now been close to two months that I have had a broken dishwasher in my brand new kitchen that does not work, that I spent over $1000 on and no one is taking ownership of this and giving me my money back neother Forno nor CAS. It is a nightmare buying from this company they do not support the products they sell if there is an issue after the sale. Absolute nighmare, I will never purchase from this company again!
The issue, just so everyone is aware, the dishwasher is leaking and runs for a few minutes and then has an E3 error. How does a company even ship a product like this to a customer and more importantly how does the comany you purchase a product through not stand behind the products they sell, the consumer should not be the one out over $1000 dollars because of your horrific business model.

Vidant Rocks!
Vidant was kind, helpful and amazing. He respected all my questions and I had gone to Trail Appliances first and they treated me like I was beneath them. As a blonde female customer, I felt like the older men there were being a bit dismissive and stuff. I had done extensive research and didn’t feel like I was treated with the level of customer service and professional professionalism that I deserve. Vidant was amazing and answered every question honestly and I’m so happy with my new dryer. When people come over and ask about it I will recommend your store 1000%. We were shopping for new kitchen…
We were shopping for new kitchen appliances for our rental property and spent quite a bit of time comparing options—from used units to major retailers like Costco—trying to find the best value. In the end, Canadian Appliance Source (CAS) offered the most competitive pricing, so we decided to visit in person.
When we arrived, we were greeted by Christina Liu, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. After we explained what we were looking for, she walked us through several options and provided a quote that was even better than the prices we’d seen online.
We completed the rest of the transaction over the phone over the next few days. The payment process was straightforward and secure, and booking delivery through their system was quick and easy. When we walked in the door we were asked what we were looking for. We told the Kajal and she showed us the options and the best options. In less than an hour we were in our way home. The very next day our order was delivered and installed. Can’t ask for more than that.

I won't review the fridge and stove because I only just got them, but I will review the delivery experience. The guys were great, delivered early, and were funny and upbeat the whole time. They went out of their way to make sure everything fit where it was supposed to and was put together so I was happy with it before they left. Five star experience!

Short delivery time
Earlier this year our 18-year-old fridge quit working and, after checking various stores, Yvonne was able to get us the model we wanted and have it delivered the next business day, a far cry from other vendors who suggested we could get it in 2 to 3 weeks, which is far too long to go just using a cooler.
A couple of weeks ago our 10 year-old dishwasher irretrievably broke down, we did some online research, and went into CAS thinking we knew what we wanted. Again Yvonne was very helpful in showing us the floor model and comparable models. We went with our first choice, which we wanted in white, to coordinate with the rest of our kitchen appliances, and they had it in stock and were able to deliver it the next business day.
(Yes, these are first world problems, but since we are not living in a war zone, the service was much appreciated.)
