I had a very good experience with buying a new fridge from the moment I walked in the door. Harsh was so helpful and led me right to the perfect refrigerator. He didn't try to upsell me, which is always appreciated. The price was well within my budget. The delivery was exactly when they said it would be - with no waiting around. Great Sales Service, Terrible Delivery/Installation
The sales person was great in helping me select my washer and dryer and answering all my questions in detail, delivery was as scheduled, and the delivery personnel were abysmal. They 'installed' the washer without hooking up the discharge pipe, and said I did not need the levelling feet under the dryer.
First load of laundry resulted in a huge flood all over the floor.
The technicians who came a couple of days later were great in connecting the washer properly, and installing the levelling feet under the dryer which they said it did need. They were not impressed with the delivery people.

Company did well
Company did well, I got our dishwasher. The problem was it took 9 weeks from the time I ordered till delivery. I had to pay in full when I ordered, so my money were blocked for 9 weeks. Price was good, delivery was free but we payed by waiting soooo long.
