Rush was great to work with. Helped me with my online order for washer/dryer.
Delivery guys were great brought both pieces in hooked them up and removed my old pieces. Rush also added in free delivery. Got a deal on the set. Both Samsung. Great experience.

Purchase wise good but followup not so
Initial experience was good
But after I purchased the item and I messaged the sales person, the communication dropped. A specifically needed help on the initial start up as it wasn’t allowing me to cycle on my dishwasher and the sales person never got back to me even though I messaged them.

New machine installed and is faulty - does not drain, lid locks and doesn't unlock. Contacted sales person - provided a link to "report" on line and it does not recognize the photo download that is requested. Cannot get any assistance from CAS other than phone numbers for their suppliers. No one will assist after multiple messages.
