Purchase wise good but followup not so
Initial experience was good
But after I purchased the item and I messaged the sales person, the communication dropped. A specifically needed help on the initial start up as it wasn’t allowing me to cycle on my dishwasher and the sales person never got back to me even though I messaged them.

New machine installed and is faulty - does not drain, lid locks and doesn't unlock. Contacted sales person - provided a link to "report" on line and it does not recognize the photo download that is requested. Cannot get any assistance from CAS other than phone numbers for their suppliers. No one will assist after multiple messages.

Efficient and good

I had a very good experience with…Harsh, the Sales person.
I had a very good experience with buying a new fridge from the moment I walked in the door. Harsh was so helpful and led me right to the perfect refrigerator. He didn't try to upsell me, which is always appreciated. The price was well within my budget. The delivery was exactly when they said it would be - with no waiting around. My Happy Experience
Brijesh were patient with my confusion using online forms used for purchase and my suspicion of paying online.
I'm a technologically disadvantaged dinosaur born in the middle of a long gone century.
