I have used Buzz catering for many years, and have had no problems with the ordering process and delivery. However, I would have given 5 * if the delivery firm (DHL) hadn’t just left my rather large parcel on a drive at around 5pm,and claimed that I had signed for it!! I discovered it the following day after it had sat out in the rain overnight. Fortunately, the contents weren’t damaged. But, of more concern is that whole package could have been stolen. Access to the open building was only a few steps further along so really ther was no excuse for it to be left where it was. It such a shame that Buzz missed out on a 5* reveiw because it was let down by the delivery firm.

Order arrived very quickly, well packaged and good communication throughout. Good prices.

Great products at a great price, delivered as described. Only reason not 5 stars was slight lack of contact about how long it would take to get delivered.

Awful customer service, bought some tools, paid for it and didn't receive, after calling the customer service no apology offered !!! No even immediate refund, what an awful company!

Great products at reasonable prices. Fair delivery charge and arrived promptly and very well packed. I'm very satisfied.

The product was what we wanted at a good price. Unfortunately, our first experience with Buzz was let down by the delivery process.
We were under the minimum order value for free delivery, so paid the necessary fee for what I thought was next day.
Ordered on the Tuesday, the package took until the following Tuesday to arrive.
This was disappointing to say the least!

Easy, quick, no issues

They took my money and give wrong items. I have sent them all the proof and now they won't even refund me. Robbers! Stay away from them.

Ordered a hard-to-find catering lid plus a couple of other bits and pieces; unfortunately the box arrived opened and empty but Buzz very quickly sent a replacement, very happy with the quality of the items received and their service (and price). Highly recommended

I recently bought 12 white 9.5" dinner plates from this company. Specifically because they are hard wearing and they say they don't chip. They are lovely plain white plates. They are wonderful quality. My family chip everything they touch. Price was also reasonable. I will be purchasing tea plates and cereal bowls next.Ordering was easy and delivery was in a timely manner. Very pleased with our purchase. 5*****

I was looking for glasses, tankards and wine, for engraving onto. The ones at Buzz Supplies are excellent. Great quality and excellent value. The online purchase system was user friendly and the delivery time was good

Hi, I am a returning customer.. bought more cups from Buzz catering, they were good quality cups as previously purchased.. unfortunately during transit 4 cups were broken even though the packaging was extremely good. I called to explain the situation and spoke to a very helpful member of staff. I had 4 new cups delivered in the same week.. impressive.. so this company comes highly recommended by me.

I can only praise this company. I purchased goods which came very promptly and they were made to a high standard but I was one missing. Got straight on the phone and spoke with a lovely lady called Jo who very kindly sorted the problem straight away. In fact she sent an email to their suppliers during our conversation, and within 2 days my missing product had arrived. I just can’t praise them enough. My problem was a tiny problem as I am an independent buyer not a business but no problem was too small for Jo. She was very helpful and polite offering impeccable customer service. Thank you.

It was great to be able to just talk to someone and get the right product for us. We purchased a commercial dishwasher at a price a lot lower than the models official website. It arrived well packaged and in time for us to get going quickly. Excellent service!
