Easy, quick, no issues

They took my money and give wrong items. I have sent them all the proof and now they won't even refund me. Robbers! Stay away from them.

Ordered a hard-to-find catering lid plus a couple of other bits and pieces; unfortunately the box arrived opened and empty but Buzz very quickly sent a replacement, very happy with the quality of the items received and their service (and price). Highly recommended

First time ordering from Buzz, found some coffee cups,just what I wanted. Really pleased with them, order came well packaged, no breakages!

I recently bought 12 white 9.5" dinner plates from this company. Specifically because they are hard wearing and they say they don't chip. They are lovely plain white plates. They are wonderful quality. My family chip everything they touch. Price was also reasonable. I will be purchasing tea plates and cereal bowls next.Ordering was easy and delivery was in a timely manner. Very pleased with our purchase. 5*****

Hi, I am a returning customer.. bought more cups from Buzz catering, they were good quality cups as previously purchased.. unfortunately during transit 4 cups were broken even though the packaging was extremely good. I called to explain the situation and spoke to a very helpful member of staff. I had 4 new cups delivered in the same week.. impressive.. so this company comes highly recommended by me.

I can only praise this company. I purchased goods which came very promptly and they were made to a high standard but I was one missing. Got straight on the phone and spoke with a lovely lady called Jo who very kindly sorted the problem straight away. In fact she sent an email to their suppliers during our conversation, and within 2 days my missing product had arrived. I just can’t praise them enough. My problem was a tiny problem as I am an independent buyer not a business but no problem was too small for Jo. She was very helpful and polite offering impeccable customer service. Thank you.

It was great to be able to just talk to someone and get the right product for us. We purchased a commercial dishwasher at a price a lot lower than the models official website. It arrived well packaged and in time for us to get going quickly. Excellent service!

This was my first order with Buzz after being forwarded their details by a friend. The order was late arriving and missed the event I needed the items for and when it did arrive one item was incorrect. I received a prompt response from them after notifying them of the error however I was offered a refund and no offer of the correct item being dispatched.
I am about to kit out a kitchen in community facility and this experience hasn't given me any confidence that Buzz are the suppliers that can be relied upon.

Great experience with Buzz Supplies. Firstly they have a great range of affordable products. Ordering was a smooth process, was offered free delivery and it came speedy. I ordered again. One of their items were out of stock, gave them a ring and they accurately told me when it’ll be in stock. They accidentally gave me the wrong item. I emailed them, they responded very quickly. Cut out the time of sending the item back and sent me the correct item. Now this is by far the best customer experience I’ve received. From online shopping, on call and over email.
