Products and customer services are always good but the deliveries are never on time to the estimate they give which really annoys me

I've ordered twice now from Buzz: for a pack of 12 glass tankards and then a further 24 glass tankards. All tankards have arrived in great condition - clean, safe and good quality. The shipments always arrive quickly. No complaints. Will be ordering from them now on every time I need more stock (I do glass art)

Ordered a Global Bread Knife. It was on sale at a very good price. The follow up to verify my age was speedy and easy to complete and the knife arrived in very good time afterwards. Very pleased with everything. Would recommend this company.

Great support with timely supply of take home beer bags. Bags supplied well wrapped and ontime, quality is very good.

Reasonable price and quick delivery

We use Buzz Catering regularly, the products are competitively priced against other suppliers and the delivery is quick. Can thoroughly recommend.

Bought crockery for a new holiday let and couldn’t be happier. The website was easy to use, the crockery is exactly as described and really lovely quality, and delivery was quick and hassle‑free.

Good range of crockery, easy to order and delivery was much quicker than I expected. After placing my order I was kept updated on progress which included a tracking link. Items arrived very well packaged, great to look at and lovely to use.

Tired of using substandard toilet cleaners that cannot match the power of thick bleach, I searched for refillable angle necked HDPE bottles with a removable nozzle. Buzz Catering has an exact match, complete with a childproof red lid, in a 1 litre size.

The bottles are excellent. Strong enough to not deform, but easy to squeeze and direct a jet of bleach where needed. The nozzle plug fits firmly into the neck, with no chance of accidental ejection under normal use. It is simple to pry out with a dull butter knife-type instrument without damaging the nozzle or the neck of the bottle.

Ordering was straightforward. I was particularly impressed by not being forced to make an account for a small initial order as a private individual, but rather having the "Guest" checkout option highlighted above the need to make an account.

The delivery was surprisingly quick. I expected the Items to come via Royal Mail, but the package was processed and shipped via Evri.

I placed the order at 12:21 on Friday 22 May 2026 and received my package from Evri at 12:54 on Tuesday 26 May 2026 -- just one business day later, taking into consideration the Bank Holiday weekend. In that time, I received 7 confirmation, invoice, and tracking emails from Buzz Catering and Evri. I find it difficult to comprehend how other reviewers fail to understand that shipping lead times, by default, are quoted in "business days" for over 90% of e-commerce businesses and logistics carriers -- Amazon Prime is a premium service, and even that defaults to "Prime Day" deliveries at the weekend.

All in all, I am very happy with the service I received from Buzz Catering, and I am equally happy with the product provided. I will certainly return for further supplies, and will pass their name to friends I have in the pub and restaurant sector

Steer clear. I ordered a commercial glass washer which the website said was in stock, only to receive a call to say it wasn't, and to be offered an equivalent alternative. Fine, but I explicitly asked if it came with a glass tray and was assured it did - the person said "I've worked here for a long time and I know the products". It didn't come with one, and we couldn't use it for weeks until one came became available to send us. The glass washer then went into fault mode a few weeks later, we paid their call out charge which was refundable if the equipment was faulty. The engineer told us it had a loose connection, but two months later we're still yet to receive the £180 refund and my emails are being ignored.

Just used Buzz Catering for the first time for Clinical wipe supplies. Best price I could find on the internet and super quick delivery. A very positive experience.

Easy to order and delivery was prompt. Good excellent value.

Lousy website and 5% off for new customer code didn't work (it's simply WELCOME5 but customer support agent wouldn't give me it) so I'll simply take my business elsewhere. What does 5% off for a new customer cost you vs losing me to Nisbets etc?

Excellent service and delivery from start to finish

I have used Buzz catering for many years, and have had no problems with the ordering process and delivery. However, I would have given 5 * if the delivery firm (DHL) hadn’t just left my rather large parcel on a drive at around 5pm,and claimed that I had signed for it!! I discovered it the following day after it had sat out in the rain overnight. Fortunately, the contents weren’t damaged. But, of more concern is that whole package could have been stolen. Access to the open building was only a few steps further along so really ther was no excuse for it to be left where it was. It such a shame that Buzz missed out on a 5* reveiw because it was let down by the delivery firm.

Order arrived very quickly, well packaged and good communication throughout. Good prices.
