Brilliant service from Larisa on the chatline

I contacted Larisa on chat as I was worried that the subscription I had taken out for Bullguard Premium for the next year, wouldn't work as there was already a subscription under my husbands name which expired in 5 days time. Larisa answered very quickly and talked me through the process of changing the email address to mine and checking that my subscription would activate. She was very clear and concise, and I had no problems changing the information needed. Thank you Larisa, great service.

I just spoke with Eugune (sorry if I spelt that wrong) he gave me some of the best customer support ive ever had from anyone. This man is so nice and he didnt rush me.

More annoying than a virus

Maybe I have been lucky with viruses, but I find Bullguard almost more invasive and annoying than any virus I have suffered.
Once you have bought it, there are constant pop-ups, at least daily advising you of other BG products and renewal offers.
If this was in the last month I could understand it, but it is from day 1! More invasive than a virus itself!!!!!
Buy something else.

Unauthorised transaction of bullguard subs

Until a month ago i had been using bullguard for 6 years , the product has always been ok for what i needed , i did have the odd issue with viruses but for the money i was paying at the time (£20.98 ) i just let it slide.
I always waited until black friday saving £££, it was a no brainer until i noticed that in the last 2 years they had automatically taken the money out of my account a month early before the subscription had finished.
I'm still not sure how it is possible for them to do this? only through previous card payment details
. i emailed them a complaint and managed to get this years payment back with no apology and no explanation. The fact is that they purposely took the money out of my account to avoid me getting a discount and if i hadn't noticed would continue to do so . I don't usually do reviews but think that people should be made aware that not everyone gets what they bargained for, so be careful people .

ps , i'm still open for an explanation if you willing to comment .

Wat een service ! HULDE !

Wat een service !
Wat een snelle communicatie, zowel via chat als mail !
Wat een eindeloos geduld !

Wij, ouder echtpaar hadden zelf een probleem gecreeerd doordat we niet snel genoeg meer mee gaan in alle ontwikkelingen en info.
Bullguard is al jaren onze beveiliger tot volle tevredenheid en om het nog beter te maken dachten wij VPN te nemen.
Dat was misverstand 1, want VPN is extra en niet, zoals wij dachten, in plaats van.
Fout 2, VPN gekocht op ander email adres dan Bullguard, verwarring in huis met inloggen en activeren. Op de 1e computer lukte dat nog maar op de tweede (oudere pc) niet.
Gechat met LULIA, wat een mens, GEWELDIG !!!
Gisteren 2 uur lang, samen echt alles geprobeerd tot ikzelf pauze wilde, daarna kwamen er emails, voorstellen, foto's, aandachtspunten, instellingen enz enz.
Vandaag met als resultaat dat zowel Bullguard, VPN, de correctie van de inloggegevens alsmede de verlenging voor 2 jaar, weer voor 100% werken.
Hulde, hulde voor de service !!!
Mooie dagen allemaal !

Bullguard will constantly interrupt you…

Bullguard will constantly interrupt you to make you buy/renew.

It will even interrupt you during gameplay, so expect some frustrating early deaths because while you're desperately trying to close a bullguard pop-up, somebody somewhere is leveling a sniper rifle at your motionless head.

Satisfait ou remboursé

Satisfait ou remboursé ! J'ai voulu faire comme beaucoup, pour la qualité du produit, prendre cet Antivirus .Bravo, voilà 10 jours que j'essai d'enregistrer ce produit, et résultat, je m'en sort avec une facture de 150.47 € au total soit 2 fois 59.99€, et une fois 30.49€ pour un ordi. pour zéro à l'approche de mes 90 ans, mais aidé par des jeunes.Ma retraite est vraiment entamée.Enfin connaissant un peu l'Allemagne, je pense qu'il y aura une solution.

No answer to very simple question

I had a very simple question. One programme (absolutely legit) asked to open certain ports through the firewall. Not being a techy, I asked customer support. Now I get techy questions about why I want to do it and which software and statements about not enough information instead of simple instructions.
I guess the instruction I receive is simple enough, clearly the BullGuard techies are not quite up to speed.
I got the answer below. It is totally useless. I had been there long before I wrote the first email to the support address. There are no instructions that answer my question. Nor does the answer below even start to address the answer. If I could give NO stars for the service, I would.
