I have used BG very successfully

I have used BullGaurd (Very Successfully) for many years never any issues with virus etc; I added VPN with great results, had to use CHAT to obtain help with login on to sites; resolved by BG technician in about 10minutes. Very satisfied with the full BullGuard family of Apps,.

problem installing a new licence

I bought a new laptop and a new licence to install bullguard as I already had 3 devices covered by another licence I couldn't get it to install, spoke to Vlad on Friday night but he didn't explain that I would only extend the protection I already had. spoke with Dafi on Saturday who explained that because 3 devices were already under my e-mail address that was why I had a problem and advised to install the licence under my wife's e-mail address and that solved the problem

La réponse de bullguard à ma première réclamation est inadéquate car le support indiqué n'existe pas ! google me dit " aucune information n'est disponible pour cette page " on va tourner en rond longtemps encore ? en attendant faire mes courses sans la livraison à domicile est un vrai cauchemar ! Je vais être obligée d'annuler mon antivirus que j'ai payé pour 3 ans !!!!!!!

Bullguard Security problem solved

I had a problem in so far as I lost my account details and activation. I went to online chat with a young lady called Georgina whom I found to be most helpful and efficient. End result all up and running again very quickly so another very satisfied customer. Thank you Georgina

Please be assured that such issues are given immediate attention by BullGuard. If we are satisfied that the software has been incorrectly blocked, it will be added to the BullGuard whitelist as a matter of urgency.

BullGuard Antivirus features five different methods of threat detection, including detection based on the behaviour, as well as detection of particular ‘signatures’ within the software on access and on demand, cloud scanning and machine learning.

Unfortunately, there are rare occasions on which BullGuard Antivirus blocks or suspends a legitimate file. As a matter of public interest, and to ensure that we are providing the best possible service to our customers, BullGuard must act on the results of its threat detection, even though this will unfortunately and inevitably lead to legitimate files being caught.

When notified of the detection of potential malware by BullGuard Antivirus, customers are usually given the option to 'Report as false positive' the suspicious file. As mentioned above, BullGuard will take prompt action to remedy such situations so as to keep ill-effects caused to a minimum.

A BullGuard support agent will guide you with all the necessary steps to allow the program to run.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience that might have resulted.

BullGuard har ulovligt trukket penge fra min konto.

BullGuard har ulovligt trukket kr. 879,99 på min konto.
Jeg har ikke bestilt noget hos BullGuard.
Da man ikke kan ringe til BullGuard har jeg sendt en e-mail og håber, at blive ringet op.
Ellers må det blive en politianmeldelse.
Men dette som en advarsel til andre.

Jeg har IKKE og har ALDRIG brugt BullGuards antivirusprogram. Så det handler stadigvæk om, at BullGuard ulovligt har hævet penge på min konto.
Men så må sagen jo gå sin gang.

Regarding early discounted renewal…

Regarding early discounted renewal reminders, I asked for an explanation, as we have six months to run on the existing subscription.
Despite being warned of a delay, the waiting time was very short and my questions were answered by Dafi very quickly and satisfactorily.

spam emails and spam pop ups are the norm from Bullguard

have been getting reminder to renew my subscription for the past six months with pop ups emails etc offered several reduced prices all of which are above the current selling price after complaining and telling them that I will not renew I am still getting these notifications despite turning them off, yesterday After another pop up and a notification I contacted them again and told them to stop and again that I was not interested in their product due to their pricing but more so due to the harassing Pop ups every time i use my pc today I received a response in an unreadable foreign language this is was obviously meant so today I will remove them from my PC altogether and replace them with a company that does not use these unsavoury tactics by bombarding existing customers daily with there reminders which they started to do six months into my contract despite the fact that there are still 2 weeks on my contract they are getting the boot. pretty ignorant writing to someone in the UK not in English so heaven knows what is in their email but the did send me a second email to Have a good Day so I hope that the imbecile that wrote has a great day for finally losing a customer after 2 years.

BULLGUARD ... the perfect virus protection program for us!

I have protected all of my computers with BULLGUARD for many years. I've never had problems with it, either during installation or in use. BULLGUARD reliably protect my computers against viruses and much more. The automatic optimization of the PC is also perfect! I am completely satisfied with it; just perfect!

Helpful and efficient

Needed to renew and went on line to do it found that I didn't get the email discount this way so enquired. Very fast response and a positive result. Excellent service.

Downloaded Internet Security a few days…

Downloaded Internet Security a few days ago after trial. The program seems OK but have had need to contact support a couple of times and not too impressed by quite unhelpful responses. Also having problems in joining Bullgard Community Forum but for some reason unable to get passwords to work. Went on Chat Support to seek help but again, the agent most unhelpful indicating not heard of the support forum !! Bullgard is inexpensive but maybe I am now finding out why .

Avoid like the plague. Taking duplicate payments and refuse to refund

Resolved after posting on here but took over a month.

I tried to take advantage of an offer for paying early for increased protection to discover they have taken payments twice for one subscription. Despite numerous emails requesting this duplicate payment to be returned they refuse. I have therefore paid over £120 for one year for one single pc. Outrageous to take money and say they are running two valid subscriptions for one single pc.
