Jeg har haft en meget dårlig oplevelse…

Jeg har haft en meget dårlig oplevelse med BullGuard, da jeg købte appen men kunne ikke få det downloadet på min Mac. Jeg har prøvet at downloade appen i ca. en uge, og det virker stadig ikke. Derfor vil jeg bede om min penge tilbage.

Bullguard har hævet som det passede…

Bullguard har hævet som det passede dem, på min konto. Det vil sige uden videre over et halvt pr før udløb af den betalte abn. periode. Det hedder på dansk, ulovlig omgang med de oplysninger som jeg tastede ind fra mit visa/dankort. Sagen meldt til Nets og jeg valgte at få udstedt nyt dankort. Jf. omtale på nettet, er opkræveren, Clever Bridge, ret berygtet for den slags. Siden har jeg i to ebn. perioder betalt over swift bank betaling, men det koster mig 100 kr hver gang, at jeg er nødt til, at sikre mig mod den ulovlige hævning på min, konto. Har nu fundet en god udbyder der optræder ærligt og hæderligt med et topprodukt. Vh Claus Eriksen

I had a problem updating Bullguard error code 500x7 I had help from Claudiu she was very helpful she helped me through a few trouble shooting ideas that did not solve the problem & finally uninstalled Bullguard & reinstalled Working now

Forgot about their loyal customer, YET AGAIN!!!

with being a loyal Bullguard customer for many years, yet again a loyal customer has been ripped off on their renewal for £24.99 for a 12 month protection where as a new customer can get a discount bringing the total amount of £19.99, at what point do you want to keep your loyal customers!?

At BullGuard, we sell our products directly to customers through our online shop. We also partner up with online and offline (retail) shops, who receive BullGuard products to sell on to their customers.

We have a recommended price which reflects the value of the product, and this is the price we sell it for through our web shop.

Our Marketing team has implemented a loyalty program that runs automatically, to ensure that loyal customers receive a discount for their renewal purchase. Occasionally, we also have campaigns that are designed to attract new customers which, sometimes, include better discounts (Black Friday is a good example). Our partners may also sell BullGuard with offers of their own, or in bundles with other products.

If we were to set the system to match the lowest price at any given time we would have to change the pricing continuously, probably leaving some customers feeling cheated because the price they bought at yesterday had suddenly been lowered. In addition, it would complicate matters for our partners. We would also not be able to cover our production costs and would end up going out of business.

To compensate for this tricky problem and because we do highly value our customers, we allow existent users and recommend it whenever possible, to renew their subscription using the best offer they can find, online or offline, from us or from our partners.

Premium Version

Ich habe die teuerste Version (Premium) gekauft.
Jetzt soll ich nochmals um die 70 CHF für das VPN bezahlen. DAS GEHT GAR NICHT!!! Ich habe das Premium erworben damit ich alles habe inkl. VPN. Das nen ich ABZOCKE!!
ICH WERDE DAS NÄCHTE JAHR WIEDER WECHSELN AUF EINEN ANBIETER DER NICHT DEN KONSUMENTEN TÄUSCHT.
BULL GAURD NIEEEEEE MEEEHHHR!!!!!!

The programme is fine. But it was impossible to renew it. I wanted to pay with Visa card. But it was unsuccesful. I received a mail without any instructions about what toi do.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, very slow and will stop responding if you ask certain questions about data.
Getting them to delete your account requires you to fill in a physical form with your home address.
Do NOT even create an account, there are so much better alternatives and they don't make you run through hoops to stop them exploiting your information.

I sent two emails to support and no one…

I sent two emails to support and no one is being helpful, the 24/7 chat is not available. This is first time l am using BullGullard and so far my experience has been terrible. I use Bitdefender before and big different in response time and addressing issues.
I am going to rethink about staying with BullGuard l might just start looking for another anti virus company or go back to Bitdefender.

been using free trial for about 1/3 of…

been using free trial for about 1/3 of the year now. Only got it cause it was free with my laptop. However protection has been next to none. Had one issue with it blocking something I didn't want blocked. Messaged customer service.

Some legend called Larissa solved it in 5 mins with a step by step guide.

Will be buying upon expiration.

heb vaak online Chatten geprobeerd ,maar niemand aanwezig, heb problemen om een spel van Zylom te downloaden wordt telkens in quarantaine gezet ,aanvinken en op herstellen klikken help niet als ik het opnieuw probeer staat het weer in quarantaine. verder zeer tevreden over BullGuard !
