Whoever they use for delivery is extremely unreliable. "dispatches in 1-2 business days" and then delivered... when? I've ordered from them 3 times and it's getting longer and longer each time. To save a few dollars on pet food I then have to spend money on "top up" pet food from my local pet store because delivery is taking weeks longer than it should.

The problem with this service is its delivery partner Aramex (Fastway). There's no guarantee (let alone expediency) that your order will be delivered to your home. You will probably be asked to go somewhere else to pick it up, in which caae, why not just go to a normal cat food store?

I have been consistently let down in extraordinary circumstances. It's ok that they occasionally run out of the products that I need, but their inability to deliver them has driven me to other suppliers (you know their names) who have proven far more reliable.

Don't bother with these guys until they get rid of Aramex. I have been through hell and back. Two weeks later, the matter is still not resolved.

Put in an order for $370 worth of goods. They just didn't turn up...

When I asked what was happening, I was told they would follow up. Two weeks later, still no goods.

I was then told they would send another order, and if the original one also turned up I would need to pay for that order too (another $370 worth of flea treatment, dog food and treats???) Really???

Now I'm having a curious look at their reviews online, and they seem terrible on here, and seems like I can't leave a review elsewhere as it has been switched off???

I got my money back after 5 weeks, but what a waste of time, and a generally self serving customer support team.

Sent me a Torn dog Bed then they blamed me for the tear.

I purchased a flea treatment for my cat on December 31, the order was suppose to have been posted on January 4. I have not received the goods. I notified customer service who informed me that delivery can take up to 10 days. They are in Queensland i am in Sydney. I does not take 10 days. I will never deal with them again.

This online shop seems to be taking advantage of the covid 19 situation and advertising exceptionally cheap deals, and when you purchase these deals, this online shop takes your money and will not send your purchase. The evidence I have is they say I need to approve my account, I question this, they then say the credit card is fraudulent, yet they take your money.
Further investigation shows this is not a company and doesn't have a telephone number. I think they are deceiving the public
I have also downloaded the Terms and Conditions, this does not mention approving accounts anywhere as the first email suggests..

Very happy with the service. Have tried auto-delivery with other companies and hard to change the order, not the case with Budget Pet Products where the order can be amended from the app. Lots of choice. Reminders come with plenty of notice so there is time to cancel or amend the order if required. Highly recommend them.

Love these guys! Great prices! Also got my order incredibly quick even with the current pandemic, I was seriously impressed. Keep it up!!

Never had an issue, deliveries always come on time with tracking, food and toys are just as great as those you can find instore, however much cheaper.
