If you're going to purchase their product, don't do it from them directly; they have a misleading return policy. (Maybe Amazon or Home Depot would be better). I bought a product with an inaccurate description, didn't fit, so when I went to return it (within the 30 day window), they charged me for shipping both to me and back to them (which ended up being the same price as the product itself). Customer service at first told me they would cover shipping, and even emailed me a pre-paid label, but then deducted the shipping cost from the refund amount. Very deceptive. If their product was described well in the first place, I wouldn't have purchased it. What a waste of money.

Stay away from the ultra clear pet door. I installed a pet door into a glass panel for my cocker spaniel. Over 1 grand later for installation costs and ive still had to buy three dog doors to replace it cos it keeps breaking simply because the thing is so flimsy. Poor design and quality.

I tried to report it to the company. They gave me the runaround after countless emails came back with a lame response about some pets being persistent. Don’t waste your time and money.

I am beyond disappointed with the lack of communication. 4 items ordered in total 1 being a glass pet door. And 3 extensions. Extension order was cancelled with no refund or explanation as to why. These extensions were still available to purchase on the website so no reason for mine to be cancelled with no refund. Poor quality items, poor customer service. Would not recommended.

I purchased the Ultimate Glass Patio Pet Door from Hakuna Pets, excited to install it for my furry friend. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from smooth. Upon opening the box, I quickly realized that a bag of parts, clearly listed in the instructions, was missing—making it impossible to assemble the door.

I immediately emailed the company for assistance, but I have yet to receive any response. Door was very expensive.

I cannot recommend this product. Save yourself the hassle and consider other options.

The product dimensions are not accurate and didn’t fit my door. When I requested a refund, customer service stopped responding once I sent it back. Stay away, just not worth it.

Ordered one of their cat doors, didnt end up working out for what we have. Tried to get in contact with customer service multiple times, the phone always goes to answering machine and when you email them they do not return your email.

We bought patio door. It's not great and doesn't really fit flush to the frame. The screws have plastic heads which broke after I tried to readjust height.
They website sells spares for $3.95 with $15 delivery!!!
Basically overpriced product of average quality.

Be careful ordering from this company. They have a ridiculously brief return window. They won't work with customers on a valid exchange for an unused product that just cannot be installed in the space. 30 days from ordering is extremely unreasonable when it takes more than a week to receive your order. Most of us work, and might not have time to try an install 5 minutes after the product arrives.

The products are more flimsy than you expect for the pricing - at least the retractable gate wasn't going to last long, nor the tension gates. Do not get the retractable if the kids or pets you're trying to restrain have any strength at all. In a post-COVID sales environment, where online returns have become more realistic, this company is way behind the times.

Opens by the wind on windy day and stays open. My prior pet door was way more hardy, never opened by its self on a windy day/night as it had 2 panels not just the 1 panel Hakuna Pets brand has.

Purchased from bunnings. Unfortunately this dog door was extremely difficult to install, required an angle grinder which was not stated on the external of the box, and took 2-3 people 3 hours to install and we still don’t feel comfortable letting our dog use it as it feels flimsy like it may fall off. We will have to purchase a new door and restart.
Very unfortunate as it would have looked fine and was an affordable price
