I had a great experience with Andy Peters, our property manager. He was very responsive to our needs, for example when our refrigerator and washing machine were having an issue, he immediately sends someone to repair it and eventually replaced the items so that we have a good working appliances. There was one time that our sink was clogged and our main doorknob fell off. He immediately sent someone to repair it with no extra costs for us. He is a very responsive and attentive property manager. Highly recommended.

Our tenant found herself locked in her flat with 2 small children causing much distress. Andy replied promptly to an out of hours emergency request, contacted a competent locksmith who attended and kept in mobile contact with the tenant. He also kept me updated throughout. It was an exemplary response for which Andy deserves much praise. I’ll bug him a pint!
