We are abroad and BRL managed the letting of our Bristol flat superbly over last 5 years. They handled all communications with the tennant, whilst keeping us informed as necessary. They managed issues with the flat and have access to competent technicians to carry out repairs promptly and at reasonable cost. Their regular visits to the flat provided reassurance that all was well both with the tennant and the flat. Bravo!

BRLC were the property managers for my tenancy and they were great. The viewing and onboarding process was smooth, they were quick to reply to my communications and gave me all the information I needed proactively. There were not many maintenance problems to raise but when there were, they helped me out very quickly.
