We had a tennancy managed by Bristol Residential. Gemma and the team at Bristol Residential Letting were communicative, responsive and straightforward managing agents.

The team were friendly, clear and professional. The few issues we had were all dealt with very efficiently.

I had the pleasure of working with Freya over a few years and she was always very responsive and considerate of our needs as tenants. If you are going with Bristol Residential Letting I would definitely recommend working with her if you can.

Freya is a brilliant property manager to work with. Always really helpful and friendly and a delight to speak to. Can't fault the experience and her tenants are lucky to have her as a property manager.

As a Tennant I had a problem with a garage break-in. As I was away from the property at the time, Bristol Res Letting Co sorted out the issue immediately and helped secure the garage. A special shout out to Emma who went above and beyond, meeting with contractors out of hours to ensure my car was accessible. Very grateful and can only say positive things about this company.

What made my experience great and what the company doing well, is that they are listening if we have any problems and they are not there just to take our money. Plus the communication is great.

I’ve had a really positive experience with The Bristol Residential Letting Co, and especially with Aimee. Communication has been clear, friendly and very professional throughout. When I needed to rearrange a property inspection, it was handled quickly and without any issues, which I really appreciated.

Aimee was also helpful in explaining minor maintenance matters and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Overall, the service has been efficient, accommodating and reassuring - exactly what you hope for from a letting agency.

First class service, always professional, and regular inspections and updates from designated property managers means I wouldn’t consider going to any other letting agent.

I needed some help for access at a block of flats managed by Bristol Residential and Andy Peters, without any notice, assisted the access to enable the essential work to go ahead. I have worked with Andy for some time and have to say I always find that he goes above and beyond to support the access requirements for our contractors. Emma Vincent was my estate agent when I was a tenant in Bedminster. She was utterly wonderful - respectful of my privacy, responsive, friendly and professional. I felt I could ask questions or flag concerns and trust her to do her best to support me. She gave excellent advice on the flat and tenancy, going far beyond what I would expect of an estate agent. I would have happily stayed on in my tenancy (1yr) but moved because I wanted to live with a friend.
