Delivery was on time and we were kept well informed. There was an issue with some damage done but Breezemount resolved this quickly and satisfactorily.

Superb delivery
Just received a delivery 10 minutes ago and the guys done a fantastic job.They carried everything up the stairs to the bedroom as instructed and confirmed that I was totally happy with everything before leaving!! Totally recommended.

Update: I was unhappy with the delivey but things were rectified in a professional manner
Update 27/11/2023:
After posting my review below, Paul Hutchinson and the team from Breezemount got in touch the next day and requested more details to invistigate the matter further.
I was happy with their quick turnaround and how they handled the matter in a professional manner, they also offered to refund the delivey fee as a compensation. More importantly, they have instructed the relevant site manager to speak to the crew responsible for the delivery and to take steps to ensure that this does not happen again to any other customer.
I gave them one star before, and I think 4 stars are well deserved now for the overall experince. Hopefully next time I will have no issues to give them the FIVE STARS from the begining.

I had the worst delivery experience ever today with Breezemount, despite all the good reviews here.
Today, two men from Breezemount delivered my IKEA order (36 items) to the ground floor, took some photos to prove the delivery on their App and/or IKEA's, then claimed that they might have forgot some boxes in the van and they need to double check before they can take all the boxes to the apartment on the 6th floor through the lift. I waited for them for about 5 minutes then went out to check on them and found them having lunch, they said nothing is missing and they'll come after their lunch to take the stuff up, I was nice enough to say ok no worries and gave them space to enjoy their meal. Went back to the building and waited for another 30 minutes to then go out and find that they just ran away like cowards and obviously updated the delivery status to IKEA to be complete and "TAKEN TO THE ROOM OF MY CHOISE"! What a cheap and childish way of wasting people's time, money and effort!
Obviously, I couldn't leave the items in the ground floor any longer as they're blocking the way for other tenants, so had to struggle and carry the big heavy boxes all by myself, which the delivery men claimed to be over 400kg in total.
I looked at the reviews Breezemount have online and can tell that they care about their customers, but what happened today is unacceptable! I request that they investigate the matter and follow the right discipline procedure in such cases. These drivers are damaging Breezemount's reputation with their disrespectful and irresponsible acts.
I will raise a complaint with IKEA, and will definitely claim a compensation, not only the delivery fee. Also, any damage to the delivered items should be with Breezemount. I will also send an email to Breezemount customer service account.

2 lovely Men Craig and Richard delivered to me yesterday from Ikea. They could not do enough to help, very polite too.
They left couple boxes inbetween another order and when they realised they came straight back. Fantastic customer service from them both and a great job done

Craig and Jack provided an excellent service throughout my journey.
I got updates throughout and they delivered my IKEA sofa into the house asking where I'd like them to put it. ( I was honestly worried how I'd get the sofa in the house but thankfully they took it in for me).

I would like to give a shout out to Craig and Carl from the Leeds branch that delivered my ikea furniture to my top floor flat in 32 degrees heat!! They had to unpack the sofa to get it up the last flight and nothing was too much trouble… thanks guys …

Brilliant delivery
Lovely, polite, friendly delivery guys today. Went above and beyond to get my new sofa from IKEA into my living room despite the gap clearly being to small to simply carry it through. We had planned to lift the boxes through the gap but the two delivery men insisted on doing it. Genuinely fantastic!

Hi, I had a very complicated delivery on Tuesday of a sofa from IKEA. The two guys Michael and David went above and beyond to make sure my delivery went ahead and actually placed the sofa in a room with great difficulty.They didn't give up until it was safely in the room. Many thanks to you both.
