Bradley Suzuki Hendon is the place to go when buying a used car.
Today I bought home my Suzuki Ignis, I'm a very happy & satisfied older customer. I was given Excellent service, from Reiss Tailor the sales executive. He was very professional, very knowledgeable about the car and very patient. I had lots of questions and he was able to talk me through all the paperwork’s, he sat with me in the car and talked me through everything.
Consequently I was able to drive off that forecourt with confidence.

Robert ward called me incorrectly by my surname.
He failed to address my problem.
He I believe, is based at Hendon branch, London. I have been in touch with Honda as he suggested, and I am sure he'll be hearing from Honda themselves. I kindly await the reply.Cliff.

Always pleasant staff. Work carried out along with good explanation. Only negative was that I didn’t get a call when my car was ready for collection and when I called on a few occasions to check myself, the phone was never answered. Not the teams fault as it’s very well noticed now that they have done away with the receptionist that would always meet and greet you on arrival. Not a good move Brayleys. This was always a bonus, having that human touch.

Telephoned to tell me ready to collect. Car cleaned which is much appreciated although tailgate still had quite a few streaks on it.

Hardik Parikh was polite, helpful and answered my questions clearly. When I asked him to show me how to operate a function on my car effectively he happily obliged. He is a credit to your company.

The person at Suzuki Service Reception explained everything well and was quite courteous. However, the person who brought me back my keys and took the payment did not explain anything just took the payment and said my car was outside. It was only after I went over the document myself that I found an 'urgent' tick on brake pads which should have been communicated to me straight away. I was quite disappointed and did not feel appreciated as a loyal customer.
