Having had a number of dealings with local Kia garages, Brayley have been, by far, the best to deal with.

Car ready in 1.5 hours after my arrival. Man on desk very polite and helpful But disappointed that you don't fetch cars from N12 any more, and disappointed that you don't wash the car, even if you plant a tree!

Sam the salesman was great from start to finish. A nice polite young man. The only downside was that my finance was delayed - perhaps a learning curve, the finance could have been sorted ahead of picking up the car to save waiting for a couple of hours. But this was Sam’s first dealing with the finance company camoola.

My car was not washed after being washed and when I asked why, I was been given a flimsy excuse (the council is regulating water usage - rubbish)
The mechanic that worked on my car was very thorough and skill fully found the problem and fixed it
Never get a reply from any email, without having to chase them.

Rode home with the wrong number plate on the vehicle.
Still waiting for a price of foot pegs which I was told they would send me a good price. 4 days later. still not heard from them.
