Possibly the best new or used car dealer handover I have experienced. Ewa took the time to do things properly, while the presentation and preparation of the car itself was perfect. highly recommended!

I always have an excellent experience at Bradley’s due to their staff always being helpful and cheerful be it an MoT - as yesterday - or a routine service or a repair.

I write this on behalf of my elderly father (83) He took his Suzuki Swift into the Colindale/Hendon branch on 26/11/25 due to the emission warning light activation. The car is under a 10 year warranty and he has had the car from new for 3 years. He was charged £90 for a diagnostic check which he was told by staff the warranty did not cover. I would really like to know why the test was so expensive and why as a basic check its not covered in the warranty. I also think it important for other customers to be aware of this as this will impact on my father financially. A response would be very much appreciated

Just had the pleasure of meeting a charming sales executive Ewa earlier today. In all my years of buying cars, today was the most relaxing, enlightening and stress free experience ever. To top it all off, between Ewa and her Manager Gary, a never to miss offer was presented, which I took without any second thoughts or doubts. Since September I was going through stress and anxiety with pressure selling from dodgy dealers to sneaky sellers hiding issues/faults. But today was a totally different experience. No pressure, no rushing and better still accommodating to most of your requirements. Thank you Ewa and thank you Gary.

New to your service department - first time. Cordial staff helpful as needed car early collection- happy with service and valeting service.
Your call back service could be improved as no response after leaving messages x 3 times.

I recently took my Suzuki to the Brayleys Hendon branch for servicing and had a really positive experience. From start to finish, the staff were professional, friendly, and made the whole process very straightforward.

I was nervous about going to a new garage (west London Suzuki closed) but my experience of Brayley's was brilliant from booking to leaving with my car. Everything happened as discussed - time of my service, how long it would take, that i could wait etc..The communication with Hardik Parikh was excellent. Very positive experience. Thank you.

If Reliability is a very important criteria for buying a car then Suzuki should probably be on your list to consider. Toyota also shares some models and the Suzuki equivalent might cost less for essentially the same car and reliability. Would recommend paying Bradley’s a visit

I have found this all a very positive experience. The Customer Service has been outstanding with all the team. Their professionalism and patience to answer any questions or queries I have had was no problem for them.

I am not sure about the commitment or attitude of one member of the customer services team, to whom I handed the car over to, as they did not inform me that the car was ready . I had to find out myself and thankfully the interaction with someone else was more professional but I had to come and pick the car up the next day rather than that very day. The individual in question also seemed to continue looking busy at the computer screen when I arrived to pick the car up and I felt ignored by them but was called over by a colleague. Minor point perhaps or is it? The process of the handover back by someone else was of a good standard and the car seemed well looked after. 3 stars for the customer service on this occasion because of this individual.
