Just bought an electric Nissan Leaf and had a really good experience overall. It was actually my first ever test drive in an electric car and I was genuinely impressed – smooth, quiet, and surprisingly quick.

Emily, who handled the sale, was great throughout. She was friendly, easy to deal with, and explained everything clearly without any pushy sales talk. She made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free.

The car was exactly as described, well presented on collection, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Very happy with the Leaf and the service – would definitely recommend. Thank-you.

Well that was a lot more expensive than I thought but then I found out they charge around £160 per hour labour. The technicians must be on shed loads judging by that price ! Jobs all sorted satisfactorily, won't be rushing back.

from the first phone conversation i had with the sales manager at Brayels Nissan Coventry regarding our interest in a Nissan Xtrail our experience with the sales staff , namely Jossua Gilham has been superb. the excellent way jossua conducted the sale from start to finnish resulted in our purchace of a nissan xtrail E-4force tekna4 drive 5 door 7 seat model .

Emily from Nissan Coventry was brilliant in supporting me in ordering of my car through the motability scheme . She was kind, supportive and very knowledgeable about the Nissan Juke.

From the moment we were passed on to Alistair because our booked sales person already had a customer, we knew the process was going to be very pleasant. Alistair was a likeable, genial and amusing person to talk to. Better still, he gave us confidence that he knew most of what there was to know about Nissan cars from a driver's and style point of view. The advice and guidance he gave us was excellent and finalising the sale was conducted in a light hearted, stress free and convivial manner. After the sale was completed, we left full of confidence that Alistair would take good care of our interests right through to the day of collection .... and so it proved to be.
Only one little glitch. "Drive it home insurance" wasn't available to somebody of my tender(?) years but Alistair saved the day. He drove it home for us.

Had used vehicle to our specifications and more and very helpful with the purchase and hand over on the part exchange of our car.

My New car 5 months old Nissan Extrail has broken down twice, the first was rectified by Brayleys but second time when we where about to visit my brother. it would not start I phoned Brayleys Coventry Sales and and they said phone RAC which Idid and they replied that the car registration not registered with them for break down cover. I phoned Nissan Monday they questioned the RAC reply and told me to phone RAC again. My wife has cover with RAC and they where looking at her car and not mine it now turns out that RAC cannot come to my address until Tuesday, is this why people deal with Brayleys and RAC I think they are a total waist of time I wish I was treated as a customer, and with some after sales service.

Staff were polite,helpful and put straight at ease. Alistair made my whole experience less daunting and hassle free. I would definitely recommend and use again.

From first contact to collection Nathan was very polite,patient knowledgeable and courteous.I would definitely use Bradley’s Nissan again.

Despite originally being treated with respect and kindness upon dropping off my car, I then had to deal with someone from service who treated me like an idiot, was unclear, patronising, ignore me point blank on occasion and was nothing short of rude. My car was scratched and in addition, the following day a colleague opened my boot to help me load a heavy bag when we saw the floor of the boot was lifted and not put back properly. We couldn’t get it to sit flat so lifted the very bottom cover only to find part of one of my crutches broken off and sitting in amongst parts of the car’s system.

Took car for annual service and a couple of critical things showed up as needing to be addressed. Brayleys had parts in and were able to carry out the repairs there and then which saved me time having to book in again and go back. Plus I knew car was all good and safe to drive after work was carried out. Disappointed that they no longer valet car inside and out used to be a nice touch when you had a service but apart from that was happy with work undertaken.

From the first phone call to collecting my car the Service Team at Brayleys were exemplary. Would recommend without a second thought.

Absolutely great service from booking my MOT to having it carried out … Consistent communication throughout, welcoming on dropping car off, video sent of MOT being carried out, Call to say ready to pick up, when picking up was explained to in detail all that had been done, paper work stapled together put in folder handed to me then all that was left was for me to pay…. No problems or issues at all very professional and courteous … would definitely recommend …

Car was collected on time for my annual service and the collecting driver was policte professional and friendly - I was having an annual service and the fitting of a Dash Cam (sold to me by the service booker when I called to check evberything was on target for the service date etc) I was assured the Dashcam was to be a professional fitting - Hardwired and not a temporary removeable fitting - unfortunately I was misled as when the car was returned it was a removeable plug in wiring - with no instructions on use at all - very dissapointing - Also I have no confidence in the service being done correctly when I checked my tyre pressures were all still below the limits so if this basic thing was missed what else was missed - not even a minor valet was included - nearly 400 quid for a minor service
