It was easy to book my car in by telephone and i was contacted again to say it was ready for collection. I found the reception staff to be efficient, courteous and friendly. Refreshing!

Booked in for a full service, the whole experience was great from start to finish. I have been using these guys for the last 3 years and will continue to use them. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The work carried out is always to a high standard.

Most lovely service provided
Most lovely service provided at Brayley Nissan Coventry,from manager to staff.
Getting our first car was something that made us a little nervous but we had one of their sweetest sales personnel Emily Smith who made everything so easy.
No question was too much or irrelevant, all necessary information was provided and she made sure everything was clear to us from the start.
Not to forget, I had one of the nicest hot chocolate made me which I loved.
