I took my Nissan Xtrail to Bayleys Cars after having a battery issue diagnosed by RAC. I had no appointment I just turned up, approx 2pm.
The service guy took my details and I left him the vehicle overnight.
The next day by 12 noon vehicle was ready new battery installed a full service undertaken all costs covered by my maintenance company.
No fuss no complexity the whole process was excellent just what every customer would want.

We had a fantastic experience with Brayleys Nissan in Coventry..
We ordered our mobility car with a lady called Emily.. she was brilliant since day one.. sending emails updates phone calls
We got our car in the timescale we were told. Customer Service was 100 percent

I bought a used car a few weeks ago which had a rattle/ tapping noise. I contacted Brayleys and arranged for the car to go in to be checked but unfortunately it wasn't fixed. I contacted again and took it back yesterday and they gave the car a really good check over and torqued some screws under the body - tapping has stopped 🥳🥳🥳. I dealt with Josh and Ryan, both really polite, helpful and patient. They answered all my queries when i called in even though i probably waffled. They cannot do enough for you, they call you back when they say they are going to and provide brilliant customer service. I would definitely recommend Brayleys at Coventry, I will go back if I have any further issues but they'll probably hide under the desk when they see me 😂.

Very disappointing experience with Brayley Nissan Coventry.

I booked my Nissan Qashqai 2022 because I was advised that the radar system required calibration. Before the appointment, I was told the calibration would cost £250 and that they would check the vehicle.

After keeping my car for over an hour, I was informed they could not complete the repair because the vehicle had previously been involved in an accident. They then investigated further and later quoted me over £2,000 for additional work.

The biggest issue was that I was charged £180 for diagnostics that I never clearly authorised. At no point was I asked for permission before diagnostic work was carried out. When I questioned this, I was told diagnostics were necessary before they could proceed, but this was never properly explained or agreed in advance.

I also found it unfair that I was initially expected to pay for a calibration that was unsuccessful and did not resolve the fault. Although that charge was eventually removed, I still had to pay £180 and left with exactly the same problem I arrived with.

Poor communication, unclear authorisation process, and a very frustrating customer experience. I would not return and cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience.

Nissan has stopped doing valet’s which is really poor i pay over £30 a month for a service plan and they won’t valet 😡😡😡

A great dealership

All as you'd expect when buying a vehicle from a main dealer. Alistair was polite and knowledgeable over the phone during the enquiry. Also Nathan was good during the handover. My only small complaints were two things.
1. Service book not filled in properly (Brayleys).
2. The best two tyres were not fitted to the front wheels, they were both on the offside front and back. Leaving the two most worn tyres on the nearside. A bit dissapointing that your fitters would have left it like that.
Both items were sorted quickly enough, but only because I spotted it and asked.
Overall a good handover (and I've had a lot in my experience !)

It's Annual service time again and, as usual, the 'Brayleys' team did their thing from Booking in the Annual service, including an Air Conditioner problem which they investigated, found the cause and replaced the culprit with a new part. Job Done. Fitting the new part did involve extra time but the Service Techs did everthing and still stuck to the original time that they said it would be ready. Add to this the front of desk Service people who kept me fully informed at every stage throughout the day.

Thank you one and all. To sum it up in one word? Let me think... 'Brilliant' Yep, that's the word.
See you all again when it's time for its next check up.

Oh! In case you're wondering. The coffee in reception is wonderful also.

Was meant to collect the car before 10 am for a service , after a couple of phone calls to chase it up it was collected 12.15
The car was back around 3 pm usually this would be well after 5pm. The car usually comes back after a service being fully valeted which we are always grateful for . This time NOTHING !
I would like to know why ?
