Over all great and hassle free service, highly recommended!

I was dealt with quickly and efficiently. My only complaint was how cold the show room was. I find it better to wait for my car and always book with that in mind. This meant I was sat around for some time and it was obvious that there was no heating in the showroom.

Deacn the young man who sold me nissan told him what i was looking fo Showed me the nissan Qaushqai, looking for low mileage suv,upgrade on spec from old nissan at right price.First car shown a little over budget but everything i asked for ,took for test drive twice purchased the car.Good sales person 😀. Picked up my new car on 18th December.
All was ready for a quick hand over as had been arranged. Claire was on hand with all the paperwork completed. Really pleased with the car.

I turned up late due to Xmas traffic. But they still managed to carry out my major service.

I took my car to Brayleys following a safety recall by Nissan. Booked the car in by telephone and very pleased to be told that at my appointment time my car would be checked and rectified while I waited in reception. Sure enough My car was attended to immediately on arrival the work only taking a few minutes.

Thanks to Oliver at Brayley Nissan Birmingham for all his help in getting my car serviced at quickly as possible on 20/10/25. When I booked my appointment, I was told by staff that I had picked the "drop-in" option and not the "set time" option (I had no choice on the online form).

However, when we conveyed this issue to Oliver, he was able to push us forward a couple hours, saving us some waiting time.

As always great service from the staff at Brayleys Nissan Birmingham. I was impressed with the new show room but I wish they had more customer easy access parking. Staff very efficient and welcoming. Thank You.

Having already owned a Qashqui E-Power for 2.5 years I wanted to take advantage of the many financial benefits tha Nissan and Brayley were offering before my contract ran out in January. The facelift and uplift to the engine and infotainment package are very good.
The service I received from Claire was excellent. She was very friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and very attentive from the minute I walked through the door to delivery of my new vehicle.
