Bradley’s service desk…
The staff at Bradley’s service desk were amazing. They helped me so much, and now my car is fixed. Everyone I spoke to over the 2 weeks were very pleasant and gave me a lot of good advice. It was very easy to drop car off and collect car. A very smooth operation all round.

Car Purchase
This was my first new car purchase in 19 years - from the moment we entered the car showroom in Dunstable through to driving away our experience & service received has been first class. No hard sale but finding the right car for our needs & talking through the pros & cons - Peter Deans 'held our hands' through the process in a most professional manner & we would highly recommend him without hestitation.

Exceptional service
From start to finish the service has been exceptional, Jordan from the Dunstable branch went above and beyond to make sure the car was perfect for me. I am a nervous buyer, so had many questions and queries about buying a second hand car, all were met with patients, professionalism, and timely responses. Even when Jordan was out of the office, Jake his manager was happy to assist. A video was sent to me of the car before I came to view and after I decided to buy which was a great service and put my mind at ease. They even had my car delivered to my house due to mobility and travel issues that I faced. I can’t thank Jordan enough, nothing was too much trouble and every need was taken care of. This kind of service is very hard to come by and I really appreciate it. I will not hesitate to buy my future cars from this garage. I’ll also recommend my friends and family, due to the exceptional service. Thank you so much Jordan and Jake.

Had a service at Dunstable KIA today…
Had a service at Dunstable KIA today and the service was great, friendly staff and very helpfull garage.
My car needed a fluid leak fixed following the service and rather than coming back they fixed it for me there and then. Cant fault the staff here ive always had a good experience and they always go above and beyond for me. Thank you all.

Motability Car ordered and picked up in 4 days!
Peter was extremely helpful going above and beyond to supply us with a Motability Car for collection in a few days. We needed a car quickly due to illness and he talked us through the process making us feel at ease.
