Having originally turned up, without an appointment, we were warmly welcomed by Syed. Explaining my excellent dealings with Kia, and the type of vehicle I required he immediately lined a variety of used cars that met my requirements. One car stood out, above the others, with details of all vehicles, we discussed the merits at home , and returned the next day and signed the deal on a beautiful KIA Sportage. I would certainly recommend this dealer to anyone.

Excellent customer service Peter was great was looking to buy a new car he talked us through all the options and we settled on the picanto he said it would be here in a month gave us very good price trading in my old car kept us informed through the month as to progress of the car’s arrival and car was delivered within the month went to pick it up and again Peter was great showed us all the controls and explained how everything worked I have not had such good service when buying a car and would use them again and recommend Brayleys houghton Regis to anyone the car is great to comes with a seven year warranty which I don’t think other companies offer all in all a very happy customer thank you Brayleys

I am very confused. When I took my car to Brayleys Kia my car was not in good condition. After I picked it up after a diagnostic it seemed to be fully repaired. No loss of power steering, no vibration on the steering wheel. What if any did the engineer do to achieve this.
The outcome was I needed a new steering column priced at £2100. And the cost of that was not itemised.
Plus the costs vary from Kia Bletchley, which had the steering column at over £2400. Also I’m surprised that the diagnostic was £103 at Bletchley ( but they couldn’t do it until September ) and You charged £180. I understand minimum charges though. As of this moment, my car seems fine, but my local garage could not find anything wrong with the steering. You see to have fixed it. I look forward to your comments. Regards. Geoff Giles

From the start to the finish, the recall process went extremely smoothly.

The staff are very pleasant and helpful but on this occasion, have so far failed to rectify a communication problem with a recently purchased, albeit 2nd owner, EV.
Hopefully they will be more successful on the next visit.

I recently bought a used Kia Rio from this Kia dealership and had a great experience overall. Syed was excellent throughout the whole process – friendly, professional, and made everything as easy and stress-free as possible.

Unfortunately, there was an accident where my car was damaged while it was in their care. However, I really appreciate how the dealership handled the situation. They took full responsibility, repaired the car to a high standard, and kept me informed throughout. While it wasn’t an ideal situation, it’s how a business responds when something goes wrong that really matters, and they dealt with it professionally.
