An easy check in. Service and MOT went well. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I purchased my Picanto last Sept 2025. Had the first service done (free of charge) 9th July then booked the car in for its mot in August 27th. I am 81yrs of age and I sat from 10.15 until 2.00, so I then went up to the receptionist who then told me it had failed the mot on its breaks. I couldn’t believe it, I’d only had the car for 1yr. Anyway a kindly engineer organised a lift home for me and apparently the breaks were leaking. I picked the car up the next day. I paid £54.85 for the mot, some parts covered by the warrantee but also ended paying extra for discs and pads another £56.00. I felt disappointed that they didn’t come to tell me before sitting for four hours in the showroom and shocked that in the short time I’ve had the car it failed the mot.. Having said all this the young engineer that came to help me and explain to me was excellent. Here’s hoping I have better luck with the car next year.

Just had my Kia Ceed's annual service, plus some other minor work, done at Brayleys Dunstable. Very easy to request a suitable appointment. Confirmation of appointment very quick. Online check-in also timely. On the day, easy to park up and book the car in. Work completed competently and very quickly, with a very timely "ready to collect" call afterwards. Collecting the car, all paperwork / billing fine, and car given a nice wash and brush up. Service advising staff excellent. This is a 5 star experience and very typical for me at Brayleys over about 4-5 years now. I recommend them very highly.

Very friendly and fast service from all staff

Car service was fine. It’s 18 month old so wasn’t expecting problems. However I have a real issue with my inner screw petrol cap jamming even though I leave it quite loose. When car gets hot it jams and I cannot get it off to fill up with petrol. I am 71 so not that strong but even much younger men have struggled. I was told by garage that I over tighten it and dismissed. It was quite patronising. Now it is rammed again and I have to take it back -again. All is good with this garage if it’s routine but if work is needed under warranty it’s a real struggle to get them to accept there is an issue to fix.

Fantastic service as always. Every member of the team takes the time to remember your name and knows exactly what you're booked in for, which makes the whole experience feel personal and professional.

There was a large queue when the service department opened, but it moved incredibly quickly thanks to how efficiently the team operates. The organisation and customer service are second to none.

I can't recommend Kia highly enough, and in particular this Brayley Kia branch. If I could rate them out of 10, they would get a 10 every single time. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. They truly deserve recognition for the excellent service they provide.

Georgina was very friendly and welcoming, the whole process was easy and the results of the service were explained clearly. Customer facilities in the showroom are excellent.

Showroom was spotless, Jake went above and beyond to make us feel like the only customers that day, on picking up the vehicle Peter was meticulously and patient answering every question! Unbelievably polite, both went above and beyond to make this a very special experience!

Excellent service where the sales person explained options very clearly and we had a very good deal on a new Picanto.
A minor issue was that I was seen 15 mins late for one of the appointments, everything else was promptly dealt with.

There seems to be some confusion as to my last post.
I took my car to the garage for a diagnostic check.
They found the problem straight away and immediately gave me a price to prepare it,
The whole process from booking an appointment, a month before anyone else could do it, checking in, and collecting my car that afternoon was done in a very professional way. And thanks too to Jordan for his after service phone call to make sure everything was ok. I would rate this garage 10/10. Thank you
