Son unos sinvergüenzas,me han quitado 10 mil puntos que tenía en mi tarjeta,les llamo y me dicen que han avisado y he revisado mi correo y no tengo ninguno que diga que van a caducar a primeros de año y además he hechao varias veces en las gasolineras y nunca me han dicho nada,no volveré a HECHAR más veces en BP y pondré a menudo reseñas para que vean que sinvergüenzas son,llevo muchos años con esos puntos y considero que son míos,no para que los anulen cuando les dé la gana.

Half the time the discount didn't work and had station attendees usually can't help. Now for the last several months they keep dropping my limit. I've never been late and always pay more than is due. Each time I get a good percentage of credit available they drop it to only a couple hundred available. I'm going to pay it off next week and never use it again. They have lost a customer.

I always enjoy visiting the BP petrol station in Cosham, thanks in large part to Sownije. She consistently makes me feel welcome and always brightens my day with her jokes and friendly attitude. Her warm hospitality creates a pleasant atmosphere that makes me actually look forward to stopping by. I prefer this station over others with more miserable moods — it's a friendly, welcoming place that keeps me coming back. Keep up the great work, Sownije!

I'll be leaving 2 review in my name 1st one is watford gap north bound M1. What amazing lady there named ally. She was absolutely lovely with manners.i Felt welcome very much. Left with a stupid smile. Haha. She really made my day.

Had 2 burgers with the works and they were amazing. Customer service was fast and friendly. Will continue coming back for such great food and service 9/06025 130 pm.

Clearly this has not had a proper clean for some time.
It stinks and is filthy. Absolutely no excuse.

BP Ashington, alot of the most incompetent staff ever. One person serving while the customers queue and 3 others packing shelves. No common sense.
Worse still some of the staff at least 4 are thieving ....., they keep the bonus points slip but think I am stupid and dont know. Seriously sort you network out BP

De parkeerplaatsen liggen vol peuken en afval. Een dame van BP/AH to go legt mij uit dat ze elke avond afval prikken maar dat de parkeerplaatsen van Rijkswaterstaat zijn. Misschien een keer onderling afspreken hoe dat op te lossen? (Leuke) afvalbakken, breder gebied opruimen en degene die het werk verzet belonen? Dit beïnvloed wel degelijk de beleving van het pompstation. Samen kom je verder BP en RWS. Ik schrok er van.

Soy clienta habitual de muchos años y últimamente una de las trabajadoras busca cualquier excusa para no atenderme, hoy mismo se ha negado a servirme el desayuno y no es la primera vez

Programa de puntos BP.
He sido durante años cliente de BP y estaba registrado mibp por los puntos. Yo he sacado muchos objetos con este beneficio, pero quitaron la gasolinera de al lado de mi casa, se juntó con la pandemia y la lejanía de otras estaciones y dejé de ir, pero se vez en cuando le echaba y seguía el catálogo. Pero al principio de este año vi que me habían quitado todos los puntos sin aviso previo, me puse en contacto con ellos por email y me responden la siguiente "Confirmarle que en junio se cambiaron los Términos y Condiciones del programa miBP y en el punto 3.14 aparece se informa que "Los puntos tendrán un periodo de validez de 12 meses desde su fecha de emisión. El inicio del periodo de validez no será en ningún caso anterior al 1 de junio de 2024. No obstante, lo anterior, los puntos emitidos con anterioridad al 1 de enero de 2024 expirarán el 31 de diciembre de 2024.”
Le informamos que, la comunicación de los cambios en los Términos y Condiciones del programa miBP se envió el día 30/04/2024 vía email, en mibp.es se encuentra publicado desde entonces y también se podía visualizar cuándo y cuántos puntos caducaban en el Área Personal de nuestra web.
Lamentamos comunicarle que, actualmente, no se realiza la reposición de sus puntos expirados."
Yo por más que he revisado mi correo no encuentro nada de lo que indican.
Me siento estafado ya que para mí eran unos puntos que había conseguido legalmente con sus normas que cambiaron de un día a otro y sin aviso, ni por email, ni por sms, ni llamada de teléfono, ni WhatsApp... Nada. No aconsejo para nada BP.

Primero quitaron el papel para limpiarse. Ahora TE COBRAN POR USAR LA MÁQUINA PARA MIRAR LA PRESIÓN DE LAS RUEDAS. Acaban de perder a 3 clientes: Mi pareja, mi hermano y yo íbamos siempre a repostar y a lavar el coche. Pero no vamos a permitir que se rían en nuestra cara.

Bp Stansted.. used to love going in to see the smiley Vikki, she was wonderful and make the store welcoming and inviting with her friendliness and humour. Have since found out she’s gone which is a huge loss to the company. I will not be returning as everyone else is miserable!

I recently had one of the worst customer service experiences regarding an expired gift card I purchased from BP. After BP changed their system to use Gift Station's gift cards, they sent me a replacement card. However, they mistakenly put the wrong expiry date on it. When I tried to resolve the issue, BP directed me to contact Gift Station, but they claimed it wasn't their problem. As a result, I was left with a gift card that I couldn't use due to BP's error.
