If I could give BP a 0 rating I would. I had been buying BP gas exclusively for a few years now. Last fall my boat ran perfect. I had my boat winterized as normal before winter storage. As part of the winterization process, the dealership ads a fuel stabilizer to the gas tank. This spring I picked up my boat from the secure indoor storage location I use every winter. I put $98 of premium fuel in my boat and took it out on the lake. It ran terrible. I took the boat to a marine mechanic and they said there was a large amount of water mixed in the gas. The mechanic also stated the there was way more water in the fuel than could have been caused by condensation over the winter. He said the problem had to be "bad gas" I bought (from BP). I contacted BP and provided them with the mechanic statement along with the fuel purchase and repair documentation and BP declined to pay anything towards my $1,000 repair bill. STAY AWAY FROM BP.

No entiendo como despues de años y años y años poniendo gasolina con ellos a sabiendas de que habían otros mas baratos, siempre confié en ellos y ademas decidí acumular puntos para cuando tuviese muchos poder adquirir algún producto de mayor valor. pues bien tenía muchisimos puntos y de la noche a la mañana entro en la web y .... SORPRESA !!!! Han volado..... Resulta que a partir de x fecha decidieron que iban a caducar.... sin avisar pertinentemente (Nota: cuando quieren bien que te ponen Supercarteles para informarte de Chorradas) pero esto no. claro... a esto no hay que darle popularidad....
Bueno, Con mi Familia han perdido PARA SIEMPRE mas de 10 miembros que repostábamos en BP. NUNCA MÁS pondré allí ni un litro de carburante y Tranquilos.... Ya me encargo yo de informar del "ROBO DE PUNTOS" a todos mis amigos y conocidos. GRACIAS BP !!! Espero que os vengan muy bien los puntos que me habéis robado !!!

Drie maal achter elkaar zinloze overbodige opmerkingen.
Ik wilde mijn pas door de pinautomaat halen en wilde het apparaat een beetje omhoog draaien zodat ik het iets beter kan zien. Dat ging mij te zwaar en ik dacht ik buig mijn hoofd wel een beetje voordat ik iets stuk maak.
Niets aan de hand vond ik.
De medewerkster: "Als u lekker onhandig wil staan en onhandig wil doen moet u dat lekker zelf weten". Ik begrijp deze opmerkingen niet en werd inderdaad geïrriteerd want ikzelf ga ook niet zo met mijn klanten om op mijn werk.

Daarna werkte de keuzenknop niet om de klimometerstand in te vullen.
Dat blijkt op nog een alternatieve manier te kunnen.
Daar wilde ze dus vertellen dat het ook met de andere toetsen gedaan kan worden.
Een boodschap "dat ze dat raar vindt dat een klant dat niet weet", zoiets.
Nee, dat wist ik niet en dat maakt volgens mij niet uit!

Bij het weggaan ging ze meteen weer onzin praten met woorden:
"Ik wens u vooralsnog een fijne dag als dat eventueel nog voor u lukt".

Dit is een zeer agressieve brutale onbeschofte medewerkster en het slaat nergens op. Dat zo'n persoon bij een tankstation werkt en met klanten kan werken begrijp ik niet.

Niet helemaal goed wijs en zeer asociaal.

Very bad experience, the cashier ( klaudia - after the ticket received, however she had no name tag) refused to talk in english, and made no attempt to at least give some
Information in order to pay our fuel. She has a nasty tone, borderline rude. Thankfully for the nice assistant that served us coffee.

Katastrophale Erfahrung mit BP-Tankstelle in Hohenems (Österreich).
Wir haben Diesel getankt – kurz danach ist unser Fahrzeug kaputtgegangen.
Ein professionelles Labor hat den Kraftstoff analysiert und festgestellt, dass er nicht der EU-Norm entspricht.
Trotzdem wurde unsere Reklamation abgelehnt, mit der Begründung, dass „niemand sonst Beschwerden“ eingereicht habe.

Fakten und Labortests wurden ignoriert. Keine Verantwortung übernommen.
Für eine internationale Marke wie BP ist das ein inakzeptabler Umgang mit Kunden.

Staff at this BP station in Reading were extremely rude and started shouting at me. Unprofessional behaviour. I emailed their complaint team but they didn’t resolve the matter and didn’t come back to me. I won’t be going back.

Bp Danniverke is extremely dirty to the point I refused to buy food.

The BP at Waterbeach on the A10 is the ideal place to get a drink or a quick bite to eat before carrying on if you wanted a breather from driving.

I was riding home after work and fancied some chocolate, so I bought a packet of milky way magic stars, awaited my turn to be served and straight away the man behind the till was on his phone and also failing to acknowledge me - didn't ask about my day or any plans for the evening.
It should of been 30 seconds- get in, pay for them and get out but turned into 1 minute and 15 seconds of being ignored, constantly texting and having no respect for customers.

Not only that - I've also noticed they're constantly on their phones and that toilet is never cleaned or simply out of order.

Overall pretty disappointing

Bp Blerick zo slecht service of baliemedewerker heb ik nog nooit ontmoet! wat onvriendelijk - na 10 minuten irritante gesprek loopt je naar buiten mat lege handen- ik ik wilde gewoon een paak cigaar voor iemand kopen! en ja wel! ik ben er al 18 geweest - ben bijna met pensioen, dus ik snap niet dat ik dat niet kan kopen allen omdat ik niet volledige naam merk kan noenen? wat voor onzien!!! loop gewoon nu naar andere tankstation, hopelijk meer vriendelijke verkoopster te ontoeten!

Disgusted by the attitude of the night staff at your Egginton Service station on the A38 near Burton. Being told there is a 30 minute wait before he can turn the pump on as he is doing the bin is an absolute joke at 0330 in the morning.

I stopped at the BP/M&S petrol station in Wandsworth and I was greeted by Henna who had amazing customer service skills! I asked if there were customer toilets and she directed me. I picked up a few items to purchase as I really needed some refreshments. There was a long queue in the shop so she rang the bell for support. In the meantime, she served customers using both tills effectively and efficiently! This decision eliminated the long wait to be served. It was brilliant to witness and she done so with a smile. Her innovative approach was second to none and added value to each customers day!

1 me the costumer ,being polite by saying hello to the person working ,no answer at all ,spending my money in there to be served with rude behaviour and almost throw the changed to my hands!!! Not a guy that does reviews but maybe management should rethink the way the staff approach the costumers. Not coming back for sure

I visited Ratibhanpur, Sikandrabad petrol pump my daughter couldn't even use the washroom that was even even position that anyone could even use it. Moreover, we complaint the owner he didn't even care to listen our complaint.

This site does not deserve its customers. Had an issue with my tyre and the machines contactless wasn't working (again). I asked the assistant ifbi would get cash back which was a NO. As my tyre was completely flat there refusal to help a customer meantbibhad to walk to the nearest ATM.

Please don't give them your money. There is a much nicer petrol station 4 mins away who appreciate their customers. Are extremely pleasant to deal with and that's who I would suggest deserves your hard earned cash
