BP 1120, Altmannsdorfer Str. 94. Extrem unfreundlicher Verkäufer, vermutlich vom Balkan. Kennt sich nicht aus und schmeisst einem gültige BP Gutscheine entgegen da diese nicht angenommen wurden. In der Diskussion schreit er Tschüss, dreht sich um und geht. BP ist ohnehin wesentlich teurer als die Tankstelle gleich daneben. Also, danke nein!

BP express A3 Wisley South. £1.60 for a shrinkflation starbar and £4.25 for a latte with an extra shot you make yourself. No can do I'm afraid rip someone else off.

Great customer service, friendly staff

I visited a local BP site to put my car through their cash wash for the first time ever. The car wash did not do an at all adequate job and actually damaged my car in the process, snapping off the antenna on my car. The car still had cobwebs in certain places and the damage was a cause for concern too.

I raised these issues at the time and was advised that they normally advise drivers to remove their antenna (no notes or guidance given at any point when ordering and paying). Told to contact the central team.

The central team took a week to respond, stating that any damage caused is not their fault and the machine works fine. Incredibly poor service from start to finish. Would give 0 stars if was an option.

Visited the Station today and was served by a Lady called Valerie. Despite the Station getting gradually busier Valerie was very Pleasant, Informative and Patient while dealing with my purchases. A credit to the company.

A las 21 horas . Fui a por hielo lo necesitaba para conservar un medicamento en la tienda había luz las cámaras frigoríficas funcionaban pero se ve q la caja registradora no . Me dijo que no podía cobrar . Yo le dije no hay problema te pago en efectivo y no necesito cambio él me volvió a decir que no podía venderme el hielo le volví a pedir por favor q tal como estaba el día sin luz etc q hiciera el favor me volvió a decir q no él estaba ahí detrás del mostrador y entraron varias personas a por comida y les dijo q no también yo no desistí y le volví a pedir q por favor que era una situación especial sin luz q lo anotara y ya después lo registras paso de mí totalmente me pareció muy poco humano. Fui la Bp pista de silla dirección Valencia sobre las 9 de la noche

I visited BP Silverwater on April 25th around 6:10 PM. My family and I have been coming here for years—we always get our fuel and coffee from this station, especially because my cousin used to work here, so it’s always felt familiar and comfortable.

But this time, I had a really upsetting experience. One of the staff members, Saleem, treated me very rudely. Even after I paid for my product, he refused to serve me for no clear reason. Then, right in front of me, he gave the same product to another customer.

What really hurt is that I felt I was being treated differently because of my caste and religion. That kind of behavior is not okay. I hope the management at BP Silverwater takes this seriously and makes sure all customers are treated with respect, no matter who they are.

Yaqub was really helpful in the Northampton bp branch, my tyre pressure was really low and being just a girl he helped fill up the pressure in the late hours of the night! Thanks Yaqub you saved my night!

I used the bp garage in biggleswade to jet wash my work van took the cardboard out in order to jet wash inside the back of the van forgot to put the card board which I had placed by the side of the jet wash near the bins back in to my van bp in biggleswade then complained to my company and the council that I fly tipped once my company rang me up and informed me off my mistake I quickly went back to remove the card board then today I went to use the jet wash again they cut the power off to the jet wash once they already took my money i went in to ask why he cut the power off to the jet was he said I'm not to use the jet wash as customers complained about the smell even though I have only used it a few times I asked for my money back he said I didn't pay then said I had fly tipped before I try to explain what happened he didn't listen i went out side to close my van doors then came back inside to ask for my money back he said I didn't pay he then asked me for the last 4 digits of my card I gave them to him he said I would be refunded he told me not to use the jet wash because of the smell I said there was no sign up saying I couldn't use it he then said it was common sense my van does not carry hazardous waste or items it's a van that delivers fresh fish there no sign saying I can't use the jet wash on commercial vehicles the van does pong hence why I jet washed it he then locked me inside the shop so I told him to open the door and then he let me out will be reporting this matter to the authorities there was no need for him to be rude I accept the fact I was rude back but he should not have locked me inside the shop as how does he know that I wasn't the sort of person to kick off it was a very silly move that could of made the situation worse when he had no right to stop me from leaving as I was walking away from the situation I will respect the BP garage and not return however I will be taking things further about this rude man I expect my refund as soon as possible

Shabeeth was very welcoming and chatty when I entered the Bradwell store on my way to work. He always recognises me when I go in and always makes great effort to create conversation when I go in. He really knows how much of a difference how a short conversation can make, even when it comes to getting your petrol!

Avoid this site – car wash scam & predatory parking fines

I paid for a car wash at this BP/MFG Sutton site, only to find the car wash was broken. When I returned days later to use what I’d already paid for, I had to queue for over an hour — then got hit with a parking fine from Euro Car Parks for “overstaying.”

I never left my vehicle. I was in a queue for a paid service, in full control, delayed only because MFG can’t run or maintain their own equipment. Absolutely no warning that queuing could get you fined.

Worse, no response at all to my complaint from MFG or BP. Zero accountability. They take your money, fail to deliver, and fine you for their own failures.

This is either gross mismanagement or a deliberate trap — either way, it’s disgraceful. I’ve escalated to POPLA and Trading Standards. Think twice before giving them your business.

BP / M&S, Tickenham road Clevedon, North Somerset, this place keeps closing for periods of time without warning or explanation. All you get from staff in a blank and quite frankly rude & arrogant shrug.
This garage shop is a key convenience to the local community and I believe they have a duty of service which they not giving.
