El pasado 17/11/2025 fui a BP Sant Cugat del valles Coll faba a limpiar mi coche, al preguntar las opciones que tenían la señorita que me atendio me contesta:
Aquí tiene la lista léalo usted mismo, en tono desagradable y despectivo, al preguntarle como funcionaba la maquina de limpeza, me contesta en mal tono y chillándome de manera que tuve que advertirle que no me chillara y cuanto mas se lo repetía mas me chillaba. Creo que esta persona no esta en condiciones de atender al publico por su carácter agresivo y falto de empatía con las personas. Si fuera mi empresa esta señora estaría automáticamente despedida. Esto fue por la mañana del día 17 de noviembre, el propietario del establecimiento sabrá que hacer con su negocio y su personal. Yo si se que jamás volveré a esta estación de servicio. Un saludo

Sinverguenzas ,me quitaron los puntos de la targeta ,ir a casi todas las gasolineras de mi localidad no haber casi nada ,y como caducaban me los quitaron,que culpa tengo yo que no tuvierais existencias sinverguenzas

Ik ging naar de BP in Amsterdam Nieuwe Hemweg.om mijn autoband op te pompen Er stond een vrachtwagen op de plek met knipperende lichten en verder niemand te zien. Ik vroeg aan de medewerker of het nog lang ging duren. Heel onbeleefd en zwaar geërgerd werd er gezegd, de winkel wordt bevooraad en dat gaat echt voor. U kunt wachten of later terug komen. Hij sprak gewoon door met de chauffeur die een kopje koffie stond te drinken. Er werd niets bevooraad.

Staff cuts in both my local stores. Self checkout tills but no service. Now taking twice as long. Business is making lots more money as prices continue to be exceptionally high for fuel and products. Will avoid if I can and use elsewhere even if less convenient as it’s wrong to cut staff and service when BP has such exorbitant profits.

Last Friday, I went to the location at 1881 on Stringtown in Grove City, Oh. I forgot to get a receipt for work. I called and Tanesha offered to text me a picture from her phone. Thank you so much!!!!

Hace un rato voy a limpiar el coche y llenar el deposito de mi auto, como suelo hacer al menos una vez al mes en la gasolinera BP de San Vicente. Mientras lavo el coche me suelo fumar un cigarrillo en la parte de dentro donde hay un aparcamiento mientras el coche pasa por la maquina. Le pido el código a la chica para lavar el coche y si por favor me deja un mechero que luego voy a poner gasolina y se lo devuelvo, me contesta con un NOOO, mas seco que seco, no es un - No lo siento no fumo.- O - No no tengo mechero para dejarte pero te puedo vender uno ... Una vez hecho la gasolina y voy apagar me dice muy cínica y amablemente que si tengo la aplicación, (1ª vez que me la ofrecen) que puedo lavar el coche gratis. Vamos para molestarme mas si cabe, y amargarle la tarde a una sin otra mejor intención. Para que le den un dulce a la chica que se lo merece con creces. A pesar de que han sido siempre majisimos los que me han atendido allí, evitaré ir, por no encontrarme la cara de amargada y rancia que tiene la pobre chica. Lastima que da....

So I have a BP Business Solutions Master Card Rewards Card that pays .10 back on every gallon of gas at BP and Amoco stations. Well at this station at 7050 SE State Road 26 in Trenton, Fl. it not only hasn't discounted the gas .10/gal, it is charging me .10/gal OVER the pump price now. I've been in the store a total of four times to complain with an excuse given each time, and a promise to correct the matter with corporate to NO avail. I have a business with three vehicles running every week, so I've instructed them NOT to stop at this station ever again!!!

I received a letter from their solicitor saying I'd driven off without paying. It turned out the person on the till didn't add the fuel and only charged me for a small item which I hadn't realised - honest mistake, these things happen.
The letter said I could go back to the garage and pay, which I very promptly did, and the manager assured me that it was all sorted.
I then received a second solicitor's letter again stating that it hadn't been paid and increasing the fee.
When I went back to complain, the manager basically told me it was my problem and that I have to sort it out with the solicitor.
I dread to think how much time I'm now going to have to waste sorting this out, just because their staff member blundered a simple till transaction.

I always stop at Godley Lane BP petrol station In Halifax.. the staff in there are brilliant. Especially Rashid. Always welcomes you with a smile. Brilliant and friendly service every time.

Given a 1* as 0* impossible. Went and used my BPme Rewards card yesterday when filling up after my return from 2.5 years overseas. Points went through (or so it seemed). Went to check my account today only to find the card was not recognised. Called the helpline number to be advised that the card had expired due to inactivity. I 'advised' back that no one advised me of that. Lol. So now I have no points and no loyalty to BP. BP = Blooming Pathetic. Sort it out. I'm going back to Shell

I went to the BP gas station at 2450 State Road 16 in St Augustine, I never been there so I made a quick stop, I grabbed a beer and went to the register, I notice was kind of pricey, but I picked without checking the price 1st(so I blame myself), went I was home I check the ticket and the girl at the register charged me extra $, unfortunately I didn't checked it at the store and I was not going to go back for $6.00, so I called the gas station this morning and off course nobody answer the phone.

Dann vielleicht muss ich nächstesmal mein rückgeld nicht unter die Regale suchen,sie hat mein Hand nicht geschafft.Unfreundlichkeit war 5*****.
Und vielleicht wird nicht Problem von drei käsesemmel eine in Einzelpackung mitnehmen zu bieten.

I receive a letter advising me that I owed money for obtaining fuel and ‘not paying for it!’
I did in fact pay for the fuel because the transaction is shown in my BP Rewards transaction history and I paid with the points I had accumulated and the rest in cash so I’m assuming either the cashier has stolen the money and fraudulently claimed I didn’t make payment or there has been a problem with their tills, just like they were ‘having problems’ with their card machines and the transactions weren’t going through 2 years ago when I then paid in cash and the card transaction came out too, and BP have sent a recovery company after me to make threats of increasing costs and court without actually looking at cctv footage which would prove I went into the shop and made payment. Instead they think it’s acceptable to send out these disgusting letters with just a photo of someone putting fuel in their car. Obviously I will not be paying again and will gladly go to court to prove their fraudulent lies.

Nederland gaat echt in raptempo naar de knoppen. Ik ben 41 jaar oud en kon geen sigaretten kopen zonder paspoort, om 17 uur op een zondag (dus kon nergens anders heen). Binnenkort mag je melk en brood gaan scannen met je digitale ID, anders kan je niks meer kopen. Kan niet wachten tot mijn kinderen groot genoeg zijn, zodat ik weg kan uit Europa. Wat een idioot gedoe dit.

Absurdo que te cobren 1 euro por comprobar la presión de las ruedas siendo una de las más caras del mercado. No volveré a pisar una BP.

Qué maravilla después de tantos años acumulando puntos y repostando en BP para que de un día para otro no tengas ni un solo punto! Y dicen que habían avisado, pues que me digan donde porque aún no lo sé…..que estafadores y que vergüenza, pues nada por mi parte y por parte de familiares ya han perdido unos cuantos más de clientes….una VERGÜENZA y unos ESTAFADORES! Para mí acabó BP!

Insults Galore!!!
Stopped at the BP last Friday week around 3pm, was greeted by an old English woman at the counter who immediately commented on my Hair!
She made some insulting remark about how spiky it was,
"Oh, look at your Hair, it's right up there and then chuckled to herself like insulting a random customer is a talent.
She then made some lame comment about what comes out of her mouth. Now if this wasn't enough she then proceeded to tell me that I reminded her of the Gay guy in the TV show travel guides.
I thought in this world we lived in now people didn't have to put up with personal insults especially when buying a service from sales staff!
What if I was transgender, fat, black, old, physically disabled,mentally challenged would this unbelievably rude silly old 'Pommy" cow have insulted me as well?
For the record I am straight and I had been performing shows at the local schools for CBW book week not that I should have to explain anything!
Steer clear of BP Muswellbrook if you are anyway diverse or unique because you will be insulted and profiled by staff that should not be dealing with the public.
I have a thick skin but this cashier horror should go!

I went to vacuum my car at BP Cameron road, Tauranga. I was told I wasn't allowed to get change for their vacuum service unless I purchased something in store. Drove further down Cameron road to Z and I wasn't blackmailed, not going there again

Excellent staff but I do not lije the new self service tills, they cause confusion and regularly do not work prooerly which then requires a staff member to intervene.
