Me parece vergonzoso que el servicio que daba la gasolinera ahora se haya reducido y se haya convertido en AUTOSERVICIO,mire si al precio q esta la gasolina/diesel, me lo tengo q servir yo,me parece que nos vamos a ir a otras autoservicio más baratas .Contraten personal que las personas queremos trabajar.

BP Coosenhoek N57 bij Brielle. Op de site van BP staat dat daar een AH to go is. Dat is dus niet zo. Wat er wel is, is een aggenebbes kleine vitrine die zijn beste jaren heeft gehad. Bekertje koude koffie om mee te nemen is er niet. Sandwich aan de buitenkant al oud. Ik had deze plek uitgekozen ivm mijn totale route, maar hij gaat het toch niet worden.

company did not change my addrerss as was told had to be on their form and assessed a 200 fee then charged .76 interest for being 3 days late. despite having bp carsd several years and no late pays, would not waive absurd late fee of 30% of the charge. will not use them again and i spend over 1000 per month with them

Estación de Huétor Vega Río Monachil. Por cada 30€ de repostaje te sellan una tarjeta, cuando tienes 6 sellos te dan un lavado gratis. Mi sorpresa es que el lavado te lo dan SIN JABÓN, el coche sale de la máquina igual de sucio que estaba, me parece de una ridiculez excesiva, y además te hacen perder el tiempo. A continuación He tenido que llevar el coche a lavar a otra gasolinera. No volveré jamás a una estación BP, por ridículos y mezquinos.

No decent food. Just overpriced sandwiches you can tell have been there for days. Just sell people hot dogs or something. I paid nearly $10 for a sandwich I could not even eat, because it smelled bad. I only got it cause nobody bothered to restock pies or something. Also the doughnuts taste like they were left there in the 90s. Just give it up before someone gets sicker than I got. If you can't handle a cheese and tomato sandwich, just give it up. Before someone really does get sick

after complaining to BP was told its not a BP garage (deflection) they say however they employ 15835 people in the UK. Lies lies and more lies and then they have the cheek to get my name wrong to top it off.

I'll never ever buy BP fuel again, anywhere.

after checking the reviews on google it seems I'm not the only one treated badly. Avoid like the plague.

Today I stupidly put petrol in my new diesel van. The gentleman who served me at the Perth BP station at The Triangle could not have been kinder. He told me not to worry, to pop a cone behind my van, gave me a card for Fuel Fixers and then gave me a cup of tea to make me feel better. It made a horrible situation that little bit better so I'm very grateful

Heute Donnerstag 5.2.2026 hat mich eine nette Bedienung um 5 Euro abgezockt.
Damen sehr unfreundlich kein Grüßen ist Standart.
Und seit monaten Premium Benzin nicht Verfügbar.

Deswegen war ich das letzte Mal in Dieser Abgewirtschafteten Abzocker Bude Tanken.

I have never had any problems at BP branch London Road Newbury and have always found the staff to be courteous, polite and helpful, however this afternoon's interaction with a female member of staff I have seldom seen, left me feeling very uncomfortable .
For asking a question and requesting a coffee loyalty card, only to be told " I know what I'm doing I've worked here for years"
I will no longer shop or buy petrol at this garage.

Called in at BT fuel station on A666 Darwen,
Firstly: why do all fuel stations in UK not advertise the price of Premium fuel = 0/10
Secondly this garage was advertising bog standard diesel at £1.41.9 per Ltr, premium fuel at pump £1.61.9!!!
I am not paying 20p per litre more for premium diesel.
I wont be using this fuel station again or BP as a brand. your not worthy of one star.

I stopped at a BP garage early in the early hours of the morning to buy diesel and used the first available pump. Unfortunately, the fuel dispensed extremely slowly, to the point where it seemed almost nothing was coming through, despite the price continuing to rise. I mentioned this to staff, who advised me to try again as they were unable to inspect the pump during a night shift. When I retried, the pump display began behaving erratically and then stopped, so I moved to another pump. Although slightly better, the fuel flow was still very slow. However, shortly after leaving, my fuel gauge still showed empty with 0 miles remaining, which was concerning given the amount added. I sent BP an email and photo / receipt evidence and suggested they check CCTV too as I would like this investigated with a view to claim a refund - and they’ve totally ignored my email. My petrol gauge has been checked nothing wrong there. Why are the pumps not dispensing the correct amount of fuel and why do BP have almost zero customer service?

Popham Services what is going on. Not 24 hour. Used to stop here weekly to fuel up and get some groceries on the way out west. Has become the most unreliable place ever. Doors are locked and just a rough sign saying coffee and fuel only - that you get via the window. Tonight there is no fuel and not open to get food either. How to run a business into the ground. Used to be a nice team here. Whoever is running this place needs to be replaced. M+S won’t be impressed either. Given up with this place now. Adios bozos.

Adrian is an absolutely wonderful caring man, I went in after a night out with my boy at 2am and he was welcoming and friendly and even helped me get a uber home as my phone was dead, which he paid with his own money he deserves a promotion.

Paying customers penalised – extremely disappointing

I am extremely disappointed with BP.

I purchased fuel and food at a BP station and later received a £100 parking charge from their contractor (MET Parking) for exceeding a 30-minute limit. I was a genuine paying customer and did not leave the premises.

Penalising customers who are actively using BP facilities is unfair and damages customer trust. I have receipts to prove my purchases, yet BP allows this practice to continue.

This experience has completely changed my view of BP and I will think twice before using their stations again. Customers should be aware that you can be fined simply for spending too long buying fuel and food.

Really rude staff at BP Halfway in Walton on Thames. Wouldn't buy fuel from them, better off going to texaco nearby instead

On my was from Wilson's Downfall to Millicent in South Australia and have done this trip about 7 times now. I have stopped at a LOT of places in the 21 hour drive in the 7 times Ive done this trip both ways and i can HONESTLY SAY THIS PLACE WAS FABULOUS

Service was GREAT and staff VERY friendly and helpful.

I also wanted to use the bathroom and saw only men's bathroom outside until I saw the sign saying women's bathroom inside.

The staff told me where to find it inside and was SOOOOOOO SHOCKED to see the HUGE SIZE of the bathroom and HOW CLEAN IT WAS

Very rude man on till. I went to collect parcel he said " over there" pointed to another till. I waited while he served 6 customers paying for petrol ( 2 customers even said " serve that lady she's been waiting) he said " no" . Eventually came to me , scanned my code then called me to behind the till & pointed to my parcel on the floor. I checked the name & said " yes that's me" he said " do not get parcels like that delivered here again , it's too big".
I wont collect parcel from there again because of his rudeness.
Surely if a place accepts to be a drop off point & they have a limit to size of parcel they should make this known to the delivery company.
The box was a mattress topper & was heavy but as a woman & after a 12hr night shift I managed 😀

El día 31/12/2025 reposto 34,25 litros me manda un mensaje diciendo que me quedan 35,25 litros para conseguir el bono que activé de 7€.
El día 11, reposto otros 36 litros y lógicamente me tendrían que descontar los 7€.
Pero me manda de nuevo un mensaje que me quedan por repostar otros 34 litros.
Esto es el "EL TIMO DE LA ESTAMPITA"
Y los de la gasolinera además de enseñarles los mensajes me dicen que ellos no saben nada.
UN TIMO EN TODA REGLA, espero que quie corresponda me de una explicación.
