Bought a Specialized ebike through cycle to work. Even though I'm based in Durham I couldn't find another seller closer with the bike I wanted at a good price. Bike Shed had the best price I could find and the process of ordering was very easy. Delivery was fine and they seem to use a decent courier. Communication was good when I needed to contact them either by the live chat (questions about cycle to work), email (questions about returning some accessories), or phone (query about the delivery). No issues replacing items that were the wrong fit either. Would recommend.

Bought a Canondale Synapse 2 was worried about the very competitive price being too good to be true and relied on these reviews, so thought it was important to do the same. Bike arrived quickly well packaged. Setup well and i have done a couple of 100 miles on it all be it mostly on the indoor trainer its been a bit windy. I made a mistake on selecting the wrong delivery type and was over charged, one quick call to the responsive customer services team and it was refunded in minutes. Very impressed. Thank you Bike Shed.

Bought a Cannondale Trail 6 for a very good price from The Bike Shed, it came quickly very well packaged and in excellent condition as you’d expect.

Excellent product very pleased with service

My rear gear cable snapped during a 4-day cycling trip, while in the hardest gear! Luckily, we were 5 miles from Barnstable and The BikeShed, who very kindly sorted us out early on a Sunday morning, very reasonably and with no drama, while we got a coffee. Without them, it would have been game over - thank you!

I wanted to buy a bike and accessories through cycle to work scheme and I was contacted straight away. Seth was amazing and sorted out all the issues and found accessories for the bike. Everything since day one was very smooth, including delivery. I will definitely buy again from them.

First class service today. A friends ebike chain came off and jammed whilst we were out for a group ride. I rang The Bike Shed Crediton on the off chance that their van might be passing our rural location. It wasn't. With a struggle we fixed the problem and went to The Bike Shed to get it checked. Meanwhile the manager had sent the van out to try to find us. The mechanic identified the problem as a bent derailleur, which he fixed whilst we had coffee nearby. Owner Mike then noticed a bent derailleur on another of our bikes. That too was fixed whilst we had coffee. Great owner. Great team. Thank you

Website ordering was easy. The order arrived on time and as ordered. So I’m happy to have found another reliable source of cycling kit. Will use again. I’d actually just come back from a short holiday in Barnstaple where I’d been into the shop so I knew it was a legit business, which is a risk with online sales. But not here.

The team at Bike Shed were beyond helpful and knowledgeable. They really helped me out sorting a bike last minute for the Dartmoor Classic after my regular bike was unfortunately stolen. The guys at Bike Shed helped with everything, including fitting and bike adjustments so that the bike was ready to go for the ride! They even had some last minute tips for the Dartmoor Classic, which definently helped, resulting in a Gold finish on the Grande distance!
The bike ran smooth the whole way, and I can't wait to get many more miles and adventures from it!
