Bensons For Beds - Metro Centre279 Recensioni

Great service from your salesman, he showed us the mattress that would be best for us. It was delivered when time was stated and put into the room.

Staff at the store was great providing information on the different types of beds

My overall experience with Bensons for Beds was excellent from start to finish. All the staff I spoke to were professional yet friendly, polite and very helpful. The delivery service was great. This isn't the first time I have bought items from Bensons for Beds and it certainly won't be the last.

I believe his name was Neil who took us around and showed us beds and got us on this bed monitoring our sleep patterns and getting us us the best fit for us. This was our first time shopping for a bed and I would come back here due to him

The delivery service was amazing. They helped put it in. They were amazing. Respectful of my home. Even courteous enough to take their shoes off. I would 100% recommend them

Great staff in Metrocentre Store, really friendly and professional and delivery was just as good. Lovely lads delivering, polite and professional

The guy who dealt with us was very friendly . Helpful , and informative. Iam physically disabled and he pointed out beds that would be too low for me. We where made very welcome

Fantastic in store experience, Paul was so knowledgeable about the products, helpful and a fantastic experience. Delivery was quick and friendly, exactly as described, it really was excellent beginning to end.

They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products they were selling. The delivery service was exceptional

Louise and her colleague were very helpful. Got exactly the mattress I needed even though not a huge amount of choice for adjustable beds. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for, including an 8 year guarantee on everything plus life time manufacturing fault guarantee.

Louise the store assistant was very helpful but not pushy at all. She was very attentive and informative.

Delivery on time, bed was assembled in a good time, staff were really professional, great customer service

All parts of this process -from buying the bed and getting expert advice to getting delivery- have been excellent. Good price, great service and excellent communication throughout. Thank you!

They arrived on time, kept me informed throughout the process, and were respectful of my home. Both were efficient and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I am very pleased with the service they provided and would highly recommend them. Thank you, Nick and Steven, for a fantastic delivery experience.

We bought a ottoman bed base which seems really good, bit hard to lift with mattress on but otherwise no complaints so far.
