From walking in the Gateshead (Metrocentre) branch on Thursday 20th August, we were greeted by a lovely gent called Paul. I informed him I was looking for my 5 year old girls first big girl bed. He pointed out a few that were in stock as I said I was looking for a bed with a pull out trundle/guest bed. After speaking over my options and discussing measurements & seeing my little girl test out all different mattress/bed types, it was my daughter who went over to a Midsleeper bed with ample storage, pull out desk and removable storage unit to create a space below the bed which my daughter already said she’d use as a den lol! Paul went out of his way to get me prices for the frame and perfect mattress, printed out details for me to take away - there was no sales pressure whatsoever, he left us to have a little look around and answered any questions I had. Fast forward 24 hours and we went back to purchase the Midsleeper bed, dealt with Paul again himself who was happy to see us back. He was very friendly and professional, great with my little girl. He spoke through all the details of the delivery of the bed etc. Could get delivery as soon as 27th August but had to push back until 10th September for personal circumstances but thought the efficiency was amazing! Cannot fault the customer service, attention to detail. I look forward to shopping at Bensons again. Nowhere else provides this level of customer service! Paul is an asset to the company.

Angela was super helpful. She took her time with us explaining about the different mattresses and, helped us narrow our decision down based on our needs.
Before we finalised the sale Angela went though the extra mattress protection options, delivery information and ensured that we were totally happy.

He took the time to show us round the show room, pointed out bensons 3 step promise/guarantee as well as helping us decided what items would be best for us based on our needs and budget. My overall experience with Bensons for Beds was excellent from start to finish. All the staff I spoke to were professional yet friendly, polite and very helpful. The delivery service was great. This isn't the first time I have bought items from Bensons for Beds and it certainly won't be the last.

I believe his name was Neil who took us around and showed us beds and got us on this bed monitoring our sleep patterns and getting us us the best fit for us. This was our first time shopping for a bed and I would come back here due to him

The delivery service was amazing. They helped put it in. They were amazing. Respectful of my home. Even courteous enough to take their shoes off. I would 100% recommend them
