Bensons For Beds - Kirkcaldy754 Recensioni

Sarah in the Kdy store was very helpful during the whole process & I appreciated the time she spent with me helping me make decisions. Shop has a great range of options to choose from.

I’d like to give praise for the excellent service, outstanding product quality, and the great after-care advice provided to help maintain my bed and ensure a good night’s sleep. This is my second mattress purchase, and once again the staff member took the time to really listen to what I needed. They made sure I chose the right mattress to suit my comfort and support requirements.

The thoughtful service and aftercare gave me real confidence in my purchase and, more importantly, in enjoying consistently good quality sleep. I highly recommend the personalised service from the staff at the Kirkcaldy retail park branch. They truly go above and beyond, and I’m certain they’ll help you find the perfect bed or mattress for your needs.

We went to the Kirkcaldy store and couldn't have had a better experience. Our "Sleep Expert", Caroline told us everything we needed to know, wasted no time on stuff we didn't and quickly established exactly what we needed. After going through an extensive selection of options, we found one that was perfect in every way. Once the warranty and other paperwork was finalised, we were really chuffed to receive a delivery date before Christmas and left the store no more than 40 mins after getting there, as very happy customers.

Good in shop service. Pleasant staff. Regular updates on delivery. Delivered within the stated time. Pre delivery phone call. Delivery people navigated a difficult staircase with a heavy mattress with grace.

From purchasing my items everything was done on a very timely plan and Bensons kept to the schedule and kept me well informed

Great experience from start to finish. Gabriel at the Kirkcaldy branch was so knowledgable and helped us pick a great mattress and new bed. We got a great deal and all the savings available to us were clearly explained, and we got an excellent price for our super king bed! We had to push the delivery back a few times and the process on the website to do this was really straightforward.
The bed arrived in great time within the delivery window, and unfortunately there were some marks on part of the divan from transit - the delivery guys made sure that someone contacted us about this to arrange a replacement part. We went back to the Kirkcaldy branch today to ask about the progress and Charlie in the shop was super helpful, and not long after we left he had already organised the replacement parts to be delivered in a few weeks. We are not dissatisfied with the defect on the bed as it is bound to happen during shipping and handling, and the main thing is the parts are being replaced and very swiftly too! The great customer service in this branch really has made all the difference and just want to call out the excellent staff that dealt with us as they do a great job and we really feel satisfied with the service and the end product!

The entire experience of selecting the mattress right through to the delivery thereof was performed in an extremely professional and courteous manner by all of the resources engaged with.
Constant communications via SMS and eMail were further appreciated.

Good sales rep, polite helpful listened, all round Good

Great customer service without pushy sales pitch.

My two delivery drivers were helpful and cheery. Thanks Chris and Richard. Great products

Staff very friendly and helpful, Caroline was very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses available.

Staff very helpful and knowledgeable took time to explain different bed type

We were served ASAP by Gabriel who was extremely pleasant and helpful. I wasn't the easiest of customers because I was determined I knew what I wanted....but I didn't and he advised me patiently and with explanations about the developments in mattresses to ensure I was happy about my eventual purchase.

Staff members very helpful in-store and on delivery, no hard sell, no messing about. Whole experience from purchase to delivery was easy and kept informed along the way. Delivery made at time stated, so no hanging about all day waiting.

Actual mattresses in stock to try out and compare.

No hard sell, but well trained knowledgable staff who are happy to help you find what works for you !

The rep did not tell us that the mattress in the showroom would be softer than the new one, as it had been used. This meant that the gel mattress I ordered was far too hard and I had to arrange for a different one. The problem is that although the new mattress was £400 cheaper we were not given a refund for the difference.

No pressure value for money excellent support from Sarah supporting my needs.

Staff was very helpful explained everything fully and didn’t put any pressure on you
