Bensons For Beds - Cardiff Gate Recensioni

My first visit to Bensons and from start to end you are made to feel comfortable no pressure no one hovering over you and when I did choose a bed Jo done the paperwork and arranged delivery with no fuss . Yes I would definitely give 5 stars for such a good friendly visit

Welcoming staff well designed store.
The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Thank you Benson Cardiff gate

Informative salesperson regarding selection of beds/matresses before final choice. A variety of products to look at in store.

Graham was knowledgable and patient and customer-focused

We purchased a Sealy orthopaedic but after 14 months found it was dipping and extremely uncomfortable so we tried claiming on 10 year guarantee. Had a guy out who did some useless tests and declared the mattress ok. So guarantee is useless we are £2000 out of pocket and I wouldn't recommend sealy or bensons to anyone. The "expert "test only involves pressing down on bed and how much it resumes which was 2 inchs. This does not test maximum dip and the feel of springs under you. For the mattress to resumes to 2 inches it must dip by 4 to 5 inches which creates a large dip with quite a mound between sleepers.

Great communication ahead of delivery.
Polite team delivered 3 new beds to us and assembled them.
Really happy with the quality of everything and all rubbish was taken away.

Very helpful and knowledgeable sales assistant when we were purchasing a mattress.

Good service in store, very helpful member of staff, large range of products. Constantly kept in touch about delivery. Expertly delivered and assembled by Luke and Paul, probably the best delivery people I have ever encountered.

Summer was the customer service representative when my partner and I went to Benson's For Beds.

From the offset Summer was so helpful and advised us what mattresses were the best for mine and my partner's needs.

Summer allowed us to try several mattresses at our leisure. There was no hard sales pitch. My partner and I did not feel under any pressure or obligation.

Nothing was too much trouble and no questions were left unanswered.

I was dreading going mattress shopping. The moment I stepped into the shop my anxiety went.

Honestly, if your going to Cardiff Gate, then ask for Summer's expertise.

Summer is friendly, honest, smart and very knowledgeable.

Thank you for an A* service ❤️

As I’m currently using a wheelchair I appreciated the lift. The store is very well laid out and a pleasant place to be. We were served by a knowledgeable lady who showed us the appropriate mattresses. We purchased two mattresses and the paperwork was dealt with efficiently. The mattresses were delivered a week later. Not yet been slept on but looking forward to doing so.

Very good service, everything were very smooth

Excellent service, Liz was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions

Graham the salesman was excellent.

Went with my Daughter and youngGrandchildren, to buy a single bed for my Grandson! Very few single beds on show, although the sales lady did explain most double bed could be obtained in a single size, so that was fine! But what made me cross, was the fact if we wanted drawers under the bed, it was not made clear by the assistant that it was an extra £50 to pay! I was just told I should have looked at the small print! ( just think it would b more helpful if this had been pointed out) Finally,I was very annoyed when told there was a £59 delivery charge, and this was only casually mentioned, when I had made my final purchase! When queried this amount, I was told I had no choice unless I wanted2travel to Tewkesbury and collect myself!!! Obviously the sales lady wanted a sale, but to b honest a little more clarity in the added extras would have gone a long way!!

Very welcoming, knowledgeable staff, who listened to what we needed and made great suggestions. We have used Bensons before and bought a great quality single bed at a very competitive price. We are looking forward to delivery and our very comfortable new mattress

They were helpful

Summer assisted me so well and made an overwhelming choice easy. Personable and so helpful, Summer guided me through my options and helped me find the right mattress for my needs.
Summer was really knowledgeable and helped me narrow down my choices. Thank you so much.

Excellent customer service from Andy. A mattress we were interested in buying was brought to the showroom from the storeroom for us to test. This service was offered to us - something no other shop has done.

On arrival at the Cardiff store we were met by a very helpful member of staff. After us comprehensive cover of the different mattresses on display and what all the terms ments we were allowed to proceed by ourselves to try the different ones. When we wanted more information it was available immediately. When it came time to pay and strange delivery all services were explained as was the pricing. Altogether a not unpleasant experience carried out in a very efficient and helpful way.
