Bought Egytian Cotton Sheets with a 7 year guarantee, both sheets tore within that guarantee period despite the fact they had been very well taken care of over the years. I contacted the company and they refused to adhere to their own guarantee. Eventually I was given 1 sheet as a 'goodwill gesture' but was basically told the damage was my fault - I'm single, sleep alone in bed, wash them on a gentle wash with special detergent so theres no was it was down to me, its the sheets not being able to last 7 years. Avoid this company at all costs, especially their Belledorm range as they do not keep to their own contracts that the guarantees technically are, and staff are rude regarding it too, would repeatedly ask for the same photos again and again like they were trying to get out of it
*edit Ive been seriously ill for a start & in hospital lots, and 2 sheets doing the same thing at the same time is a defect in the quality of the product and how its made, there would have been thinning if wear and tear, not even my asda sheets have done what these did and I had them a lot longer before I thought I upgraded. People need to know you dont keep to the guarantee terms

What a wonderful night's sleep. My wife and I operate at different temperatures so I've been sleeping with a blanket on top of the duvet which does not work well.
We now have one duvet and both sleep under our idea duvet.
It would have been good if the system gave updates on delivery times for bespoke duvets but Samantha kept me up to date

I cannot comment on the quality of the product because I never received it. The manufacturers sent it with FedEx who delivered it somewhere but not to my address. No signature was obtained and their "proof of delivery" was a photo of the package next to a waste bin. This position has been accepted by PayPal, the manufacturers, and BedLinen Direct. So I can only warn you against buying anything from this company.

ordered dacron Comforel Mattress topper, double. When received we realised we needed a king size. Would not accept return, even though not used/ opened as they said product made to order. I find that strange on such a basic sizing?

Great Communications. Swift delivery and very well packed.
The sheets and pillow cases are a very good quality, size and comfortable.
They are a lovely soft shade. After washing - they still fit the bed!

Very helpful and well-informed staff, who were happy to answer any enquiries. The duck feather and down, medium comfort pillows, are of superb quality and extremely comfortable. After suffering neck and shoulder pain for some time, I was delighted to find these pillows and now enjoy a great night's sleep.

Really well made and lovely and thick flannelette sheet. Bought one of the Design Port sheets to see what they are like and will definitely be buying more. Delivery a little slow - but I think that was the courier.

Bought two sets of Belledorm 540 thread count cotton bedding to replace same product bought 6 years ago. The website listing looked the same and the new sets cost a total of £324 for 2 fitted sheets, 2 king size duvets and 4 pillowcases. The bedding was listed as Egyptian cotton and the site specifically says they don't use blended cotton. Original sets were beautiful quality, soft, smooth and so comfortable. The replacements cost 80% more but are itchy and uncomfortable . I have washed them a few times thinking it must be due to the finish on them but no improvement. They look the same but feel so different to the older sets which are still lovely but worn on the top edge.
After contacting Bedlinen Direct, their response is to tell me the supplier says the product is slightly different but not faulty. As I've "used them repeatedly" they can't accept them back. The label specifically says "wash before use" which I did hoping it would make them comfortable enough to use. They didn't even suggest they might examine them to work out what the problem is.
So, it's been a very expensive mistake. Be warned.
* Further to this, I have now seen on the Belledorm website that this product is now only 50% Egyptian cotton. I emailed Bedlinen Direct a month ago thinking they might reconsider as this is clearly an error on their website. They have not responded.

I really love the brushed cotton sheets I bought Very cosy and good quality.

Everything, Quality product, price cheaper than elsewhere, fast delivery and great customer service. Will always view this company next time I need to purchase bedding. Thank you.

Had real trouble finding a flat sheet in the colour i wanted that matched a bottom sheet, but found on this site! Easy to order, arrived very quickly. I ended up ordering another lot in the end as was impressed with the first delivery. Felt really nice and for a reasonable price. Haven't washed yet but hopefully ok.

This is my second order from Bedlinen Direct, the 600 count egyptian cotton sheets are well worth the money!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
the quality was terrible
the communication was terrible
but the worst thing is the return policy - read the small print everything is "bespoke made to order" which means when the poor quality items arrive and you try and question them and return for refund you are NOT ALLOWED to.
so you end up buying poor quality items you deal with rude customer service and cannot get a refund even if you think you have online consumer rights you don't with this bunch of crooks
