My item didnt suit

My item didnt suit. I need to return it. Policy is I've to email first to request return which i have done three times and still no response. Who knows if ill ever get a response but no live chat or phone number do not sure what im supposed to do. Won't use again for this reason

I received my order and it was damaged

I received my order and it was damaged. I did ask for a full refund which i did get but was charged for the delivery. So not entirely happy. I did offer to send the item back and was told no need. I don’t know if this is because it cost the company. Going forward perhaps the items are double checked. I was offered a replacement instead of a refund however didn’t want to take another chance. I’m sorry for leaving an honest review of my personal experience.

Mediocre quality, luxury price

I ordered a throw that was described as ‘Mayfair luxury’ but it turned out to be quite a basic item at a luxury price. I had difficulty returning it due to an incorrect email address on Shopify but this is now resolved.

I did not like the cushions in my room…

I did not like the cushions in my room .. they were sent in a big heavy box that I have to pay to return for £10 and then they are charging me to restock them ! I will not be buying from this company again !
