The service from the staff I have dealt with, has been friendly & helpful, and not pushy. Their prices having gone through looking at a number of cars of the same type & mileage was very good. I would recommend them to others.

From the moment of first communication they were absolutely positive in all of their communications and as a result I was sufficiently confident to proceed with the purchase of the car without having had the benefit of a viewing or test drive beforehand which was not realistically possible on account of the fact that I was dealing with them at a distance of almost 700 miles. On the day I travelled down to collect the car I was met at the train station and enjoyed their hospitality at their premises before being fully briefed on my route around London back to Scotland. Car was every bit as good as they described.

Bought my first car from Beck Evans and took all the joy out of the experience. Told me if I didn’t put down a £500 deposit they’d probably sell the car, I was paying a lot of money in cash but whatever, I thought if it goes then it wasn’t meant to be.

The battery hadn’t been tested or it had and they were hoping it would last but before I’d even got the car home the battery died completely meaning I was stuck in the freezing cold (January time) waiting for a engineer to come out to give me a jump start to get it home (I wasn’t reimbursed for this). Then took them 4 days to come out and replace the battery telling me ‘it was fine when I bought it’, as if.

Then I had an issue with the radio cutting out randomly to which I was told that they couldn’t fix if I couldn’t bring it in when it was happening which was impossible as I work full time and the issue was random, I couldn’t pin point it or even take a good guess. This issue still isn’t resolved as I gave up taking the car back. I rely on my car as a lot of people do to get to work
Overall horrible experience. Do not recommend.

the worst experience in trying to buy a vehicle left me Sat on double yellow lines because there is limited parking I phoned them 1 hour before to tell them I was on my way had to wait 45 minutes for them to get the key the owner was so rude and then said they didnt really want to take my px after i jad asked them on the ohone before i made the trip then was taken to there storage where the vehicle was then taken back to there sales yard and wsited another 30 minutes for a valuation which was 5k less than market value waste of a saturday morning

Travelled to view a car , totally unprepared when I arrived ( I made an appointment the day before ) the ‘ sales’ man took 2 calls whist we where talking and then left us in the office for 20 mins whilst he went to find some paperwork relating to the car . I drank my coffee and walked back to my car and left . He then phoned 20 mins later and offered to e mail the details to me . No thanks , with this level of attention this is a dealer to avoid

they are very well aware about the faults of cars they sell but they dont tell it to buyers

I Bought a 2017 LR Discovery HSE Lux and upon collection of the vehicle on 3rd December 2018 the car has problems!! Battery was flat!! ALL the braking/suspension/entertainment system not working, trim also hanging off the car, the steering vibrated at 70mph.
Service manager sent me away for 2 hours and said it just needed a "Reset and a Good drive"
However since taking the car it has BROKEN DOWN 3 times, half the electric don't work and drives badly. Also as part of the deal I was promised black wheel nuts and black LR centre caps that NEVER came!!
I HAVE ANOTHER 10+ FAULTS WITH THIS CAR!!!
I have MADE numerous calls, sent emails and videos demonstrating the problems but I get NO RESPONSE!! A man by the name of DEREK RAYNER or NEIL RELPH contact me.
I WILL BE RETURN THIS CAR OR TAKING THEM TO COURT!!!
