I recently purchased an Audi Q3 from Beck Evans and was more than happy With the help and service I received from everyone involved in my purchase.

Beck Evans could not have done more for me. From start to finish everything was smooth , quick and done with care. I was made to feel like i was the most important person on site,, something that is rare these days.

Bought a 2018 Mercedes e class from Beck Evans in October. There were a couple of issues with the car that wouldn’t be covered by the Mercedes warranty - I was really disappointed and expected a typical used car sales response of sold as seen when I raised these issues. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Beck Evans sorted the problems immediately and beyond my expectations. Neil the Sales Manager provided a Director level of customer service. Problems happen it’s how you deal with them. Beck Evans were and are very customer focused. I note some bad reviews on here and can’t understand this as my experience was absolutely 1st class.

The service was fantastic but I think the car should be more thoroughly checked before sale and any outstanding issues disclosed to the purchaser because most of the purchase is based on trust.
I drove away with my car and did not have time for a thorough check (something you could never do enough of anyway) only to start finding minor annoying things like wiper blade needing replacement and now passenger door handle sticking when opened and not returning to original position when the door is closed.
I have been advised to book it in for service because its still under warranty. I was not expecting to be booking in the car for such service given my very limited time from work barely one month after purchase. Definitely not happy about this.
