Hi, if yur products not available please remove from the sight. I ordered and paid, after i did get what I ordered. It's not fair at all, then customer force to buy another product with unsatisfied.

Dean at your store in Mentone, Victoria. He gave us exemplary service. He supplied great advice in range and use of tiles as we as pricing and availability. Highly recommend him to all customers.

The Tierre Cotto Rosso textured tile is great if you DON’T have kids, pets or people in your house. When shopping for tiles, I asked if these were suitable for a high traffic location and if they were easy to clean. I was given a sales pitch about the way they’d been sealed and told they were even suitable for outdoor use. We installed them and immediately struggled with dirt marks, footprints and scuffs - having to scrub like Cinderella to shift them. I took photos of the issue into Beaumont and was instantly bombarded with “tiler and homeowner” blame. They told me the tiler must have used something that removed the sealer or I had used something acidic to clean them. Both accusations were ungrounded. I asked about a product to seal them better and was told I could try one of their products (out of stock at this store).

I guess I can be grateful that they looked really nice for a few hours after they went in.

Went into Marleston store approximately 8 weeks ago and ordered sample tile. Called to follow up 2 weeks later and got told it had arrived but they couldn’t find and would call back. I ended up having to call the store back 5-6 times (last time on Friday I was hung up on) to follow up to then be told that I couldn’t get a sample tile in that size. So I went into store and then when I suggested I just purchase online they said that was the best bet. Wasted 8 weeks when I could have just purchased online from the beginning.

Order was placed, invoice paid and 3 days later you find that you don't deliver to this part of regional Victoria. And to add insult to inconvenience you suggested I go and collect the tiles myself!

Great experience with Capalaba team from Steve measuring, Simone helping us with our tile and fixtures, and Mark the builder and all his trades he use very respectful of our house very clean and tidy. I’m very happy results 😁

Customer care service very helpful

I was disappointed with the lack of in shop support. No one offered help, even though the store was quiet. After asking for help, no one offered options for what I wanted. I had to go on line to order the tiles I requested.

Was served by a lady called Jenny in Yeppoon Beaumont tiles . Nothing was too much trouble for her . She searched a searched until she found the exact tile we needed . Customer service was 10 out of 10

Great service all round. From in store at Capalaba (Charlie I think was her name), to completing the order online with Rebecca helping me with delivery instructions, to Luke delivering the tiles into my garage and sending confirmation pictures. All up it was less than 3 business days. Very impressed and thanks to everyone!!

I’m so disappointed with the tile colour! The tiles I bought are way darker than those advertised. The staff were wonderful and the tiles arrived in quickly.

I had the tiler put them on the kitchen wall and we were shocked as I thought they would have varied slightly.

The AI generated image on the Beaumont website made it look incredibly different to the real life result. And just one tester tile was not a good indicator.

I was on your website with Mentone clicked as my local store, so assumed I was ordering through them. I placed the order, then got emailed saying that my click and collect order has to be picked up from Frankston as Mentone don't do click and collect! I then had to cancel the order and called Mentone to order through them directly so my tiles could get delivered to them. The people I dealt with were all very helpful, but its amazing that a company of this size is so disjointed that the click and collect side cant communicate with the store side and just get an order sent to where it needs to go. 1 order cancelled and refunded only to place another order and pay via the store is absurd.

I'm very happy with the service at Beaumont Tiles in Ferntree Gully, VIC. The staff we dealt with there were great - very helpful and friendly - and we found the tiles we were looking for at a competitive price. I highly recommend this store.
