Amazing service

Service started off really well but ended sour . It’s been a month plus and i have not revived my refund of my extra tiles ! No phone calls , I kept ringing them and respond is the same . Very dissatisfied customer service

We had recently taken ownership of our new house build and decided that it would look better to extend the tiles up to the roof in all the bathrooms, so we ordered more tiles from Beaumont Tiles as per our house specs. Tiles arrived promptly which was great and they looked great, however each new tile was nearly 5mm smaller than the tiles on our walls in the bathrooms.
Our Tiler explained that different batches of tiles that are not laser cut can have a tolerance of up to 5mm and still be in spec according to the manufacturer. We are talking about tiles 40 x 25 cm in size so 5cm is a ridiculous amount of tolerance compared to laser cut tiles that have a tolerance of 0.5cm. Needless to say our new batch of tiles didn't even come close to lining up with the previous tiles that were fitted about 3 months earlier. I did not see any warning about this at anytime during the online purchasing process, so it would be great to improve on this so other future buyers don't suffer the same poor experience we just had.

The Beaumont Hybrid Flooring itself appears a quality product unfortunately the part owner laying the floor a total disaster, job dragged out over approximately 3 months error aftter error no shows for job a first year apprentice blindfolded could have done a better job non phone calls ignored, text messages ignored when he did turn up could not fix his errors contacted their head office have photos, witnesses etc because he agreed not good enough and would supply 3 boxes of boards to get it fixed and refund soo we could get a professional floor layer to do the. He comes back several weeks later saying agreement struck can’t do. We now intend to take legal action action has anyone else had disgusting dealings with Beaumonts Tura Beach. Have requested their Head Office manage and qualify control attend and look for self. We gave a local business the job to promote local trade so disgusting a two day job turning into a nightmare and we fully paid, they just ignore and think they can get away with it effecting my health badly I would not recommend the franchise. I will not have any of the 3 partners into my house I will however let head office and provide more photos and witnesses, had to purchase a $1,000 rug to cover gouges in boards and his response you won’t see it.

Updated - Beaumonts Management true to their word sorted out the situation we are thankful as up setting as this whole experience was it was never the product it was the shops lack off care and customer service. Now we move on and stand by Beaumonts product. Thank you David Manager

I would like to know why I was charged almost $50 to collect one small box of tiles from the warehouse near Prospect? I did a 55km round trip as I needed the tiles sooner than they could be delivered to my nearest store.
What a grab for cash!!!!!!

I received a reply from Beaumont Tiles thanking me for the feedback BUT NO explanation as to why one would be charged for picking up their own order!!! Is Beaumont Tiles trying to sweep this under the tile???

One box had clearly been opened and tiles missing. I expect tiles were needed for display and someone thought a few tiles wouldn't be noticed.

Knowledge of their products, helpful service, friendly staff that were able to assist in tile selection, cleaning issues of existing bathroom with good all round service

The online experience is atrocious. Was promised a Thursday for click and collect. Got the notification it was ready. Turned up on the day at 3pm but they don’t do click and collect after 2pm. Returned on the Friday and the tiles weren’t there yet. We had to cancel our tiler that was booked.

I found exactly what I was looking for which I couldn’t source anywhere else.
The tiles arrived quickly which was also really helpful. Thank you.

After a wide search across tile shops on the Sunshine Coast, I found the perfect tile at Beaumont Bokarina;
Pompeii Avorio 600 x 600. My home is transformed; a stunningly classy tile. The team at Bokarina were consistently professional and personable and stored my tiles for quite some time to coincide with my kitchen install. Their delivery driver was also on time, on task and so helpful.

I needed to purchase more tiles and the process was easy once I realised I was trying to contact the office on a public holiday!

Disappointing experience with poor communication and no accountability.
I ordered tiles online and found a major disconnect between the online and in-store teams. Despite collecting the order in person, any adjustments had to go back through the online team—making the process unnecessarily difficult. I was issued tiles with around 40 missing, and even with all receipts and documentation, both teams kept shifting blame to each other. After a lot of back and forth, I was left with an incomplete job and no one willing to take responsibility. A frustrating and disappointing experience all around.
