Affy was super helpful, sorted my issue out really quickly, was very clear and concise, a credit to Ayven.

The Ayvens Flex team have been really tested this year with the volume of vehicles we've had from them. Throughout the year they've been extremely helpful and quick to respond to emails which is always appreciated. They've also been really patient with all of the changes and last minute adjustments I've requested.

My most recent 100% electric company car via Ayvens was very temperamental to say the least and riddled with factory faults.

During this frustrating time both Najma Abdullahi (customer services executive) and Abdul Qadoos (operations executive) have gone above and beyond in all aspects in ensuring I was kept mobile at all times and being very flexible and accommodating around my busy schedule. This made the whole ordeal quite pleasant with minimum downtime incurred towards my day to day duties.

Disappointing. Never replying emails on time, giving misleading information but never owning it. No apology, or any sign of remorse. Would avoid it totally if I didn’t have to as they’re the preferred supplier of my company.

I had an issue with a configuration of my new company car, with certain options contradicting each other. Paula was extremely helpful in re-quoting and amending the details. The process was led by her, and took all the confusion away. Thanks for your help!

This company is completely incompetent.
Trying to book a fleet lease plan vehicle in for a first service is fast becoming a joke aswell as the garages they use. I would not pay out of my own pocket for this service and would not recommend to anyone.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt it was necessary for this individual. Mo Mahmood went above and beyond to assist my colleague and me with ordering a van. He connected us with the supplier to finalize the vehicle specifications and ensured the order was placed promptly.

In the past, working with LeasePlan was a lengthy process, taking several months to get any real assistance. However, Mo’s service has been exceptional from start to finish. After placing the order, he even made a courtesy call to update me—a personal touch that stood out compared to the usual standard emails.

I want to thank Mo for his outstanding service and dedication. It’s rare to find such quality care these days.

WARNING do not lease a car from these crooks - I’m sure if you are a big corporate they will fall over themselves for you but if it’s just little old you forget it. Please take my advice and go elsewhere if you are an individual.

When I signed up for a business lease car, I requested to take out a maintenance plan, but this wasn't included on the contract and wasnt noticed straight away, but when and I asked why, I was just told its too late now and wasn't added to the contract and to look after it myself. When I sent copies of emails and asked for a manager to call me back, and I was copied into two emails with the manager included, I still never received a call back to try and resolve it.

I booked the lease car through AA thinking the service would be amazing, but the service as been far from it and no one is helping resolve my complaint.

I spoke to Hardeep Kaur about delivery of a new vehicle/pick-up of old vehicle. Hardeep responded in a very friendly manner and was extremely helpful to all my questions.

Great customer service from Najma Abdullahi. She helped me with the details of the order and went above and beyond.

Simply fantastic service

I recently took delivery of a new car through Ayvens. Had a pricing issue that needed resolving just before delivery. This meant some 11th hour conversations with the manufacturer and sorting the paperwork. It all got resolved thanks to Sophie. Really impressed with Sophie N for stepping up who came across calm and professional. Went out of her way, maintained constant communication and saw to it that the issue was resolved and got a great outcome for everyone. Thank you!

Having had very little help on the 20th November I eventually got through to Meghan who took the challenge of sorting out my issue. Her empathy to my problem was welcomed & my issue was resolved in hours.

Mo Mahmood has been excellent at helping me figure out what to do with my company car-renewal or end-of-lease purchase. When information has been hard to come by, he has responded promptly, offering me support on options to move forward and connecting me with people to help. I've not experienced this type of support previously (with Leaseplan), so it's been a pleasant surprise and experience!
