Slow to reply, gave wrong information, misunderstood simple request. It's like they don't want the extra business that I'm trying to put their way - crazy!
Finally did get an update through and the calculations were completely wrong, pointed this out and have still heard nothing more... The saga continues

We have a case in progress with Ayvens France.
They have had to reimburse a sum of almost €5,000 for weeks.
But there is always a computer problem, and the transfer is never made.
The customer service on the phone cannot help us. No manager is helpful, they just say that we have to wait.
It is not professional, it is shameful.
everywhere, I will tell this story, because I know that there are many customers who are in the same situation.
I am trying to be contacted by a real manager in this company.

I had to speak to Mr. Ayvens France's director, so that the relevant services finally do the work and refund. We are waiting to check the refund on the account.
This does not change my opinion, because the time for the appraisal after returning the car was too long (2 months) and the refund too (6 weeks) and we had to call the sales departments almost every day, a big waste of time.

Affy very helpful and efficient. Repeated my details and was able to book my 1st choice collection time. Email confirmation came through quickly.

I have been dealing with Jason Chaplin,
It is easy for me to contact him, and he responds quickly and professionally to all my queries. Our interaction has been easy and very transparent.
The communication between receiving vans has improved over the past few years, to start this communication was poor, but is now very good.
Any questions that are outside the ‘normal’ lease are answered very quickly, or answers are returned to me within a very appropriate time frame.
I have been very pleased with the service that you have given me and am a very happy customer.

Ordering a car through the work Leaseplan with Barclays, it can be quite tricky to navigate especially with how it was connected to the rewards system.
Upon ordering, a glitch had happened within Myrewards and Ayven advised me to speak to Myrewards to resolve, however after raising this with Myrewards there were not able to fix the issue in the backend and i then rang through to Ayven again where i Spoke to Sara Byrne, i explained to Sara i was advised to reach out to Ayven to get the order cancelled and start again however Sara was familiar with the issue and reassured me that this could be rectified quickly and effectively on the phone there and then, given the time sensitivity i was a little nervous to proceed but Trusted Sara and it was the best choice as Sarah was very polite, understanding, fixed the issue for me quickly and although i had no issues with Previous communications with Ayven this was one of those moments where i felt valued, in competent hands and received an above and beyond moment which in customer service seems rare these days. Big thanks to Sara for resolving this issue for me

They tell me I need to drop my car off at Halfords MOT garage in neighbouring town for 8am only for them to ask why I’ve come so early when it’s not even scheduled until 2pm. Complete waste of a day. Halfords actually advised I should always ring them to confirm time but this has never been communicated to me by lease company. Not like it’s convenient to just go home & return later.

My Account had some issues during the changeover from my old vehicle to my new vehicle where there was a contract extension required due to supply chain issues. It led to some very scary invoices landing in my inbox where clear Finance Dept errors had been made. As always though Jas Bhogal was on hand in her effective and professional capacity as my Account Manager. It is always such a pleasure to deal with her and I genuinely look forward to Lease-Renewal time. I hope that you're paying her adequately??!!
