I bought an Audi s3 very happy with the service provided, Lia was incredible very professional and made everything nice and easy.

From the first time I spoke to Ellie on the phone, to actually meeting her in person, she is an acceptional young lady, knowing her job as a sales person , but made me feel totally relaxed, and without doubt I will be back for my next car there, even if it was a 4 hour journey there and 5 hours to get home.

They was fab! And made it a easy process. Car was clean on collection and been good so far.
On day two with the car!
And it's been fine.

Also a had a six and a half hour drive home!
On the motorway and the never missed a beat!

Drove over an hour to view a BMW having arranged it the day before. When I arrived I was told the car should have been taken off sale and there were key marks all over it.
No apology given to me at all, complete waste of time.
UPDATE TO RESPONSE- I was booked in for that afternoon, having arranged a few days prior.

Recently purchased a Skoda Superb from Auto trades South West and what a pleasure to have the attention and expertise of Lia!. Friendly knowledgeable patient and nothing too much trouble. Lovely helpful and friendly person and a credit to Auto trader. A pleasure to have met and done business with Lia and the company..

We came to view a 2018 skoda superb by appointment the car was waiting for us we was met by leah who brought us the keys showed us the car asked if we had any questions before leaving us to get comfortable and have a good look around the car & to find her when we was ready to have a test drive etc which we did and all good then back to the office for negotiation on our px all agreed service and mot we arranged to pick the car up following week big shout out to leah and the team for any easy car buying experience

We purchased an Audi Q3 within 14 days of the purchase a coil spring needed replacing. I complained I thought all your cars went through a vehicle checking process, they just stated anything could go wrong at anytime. They replaced the coil spring but only one, the norm is you replace both front coil springs. Yes the second coil spring needed replacing 3 months later when out of warranty. Based on our experience with the dealership we took out an extended warranty
Recently the water pump needed replacing under our warranty.

Lia, Matt, Hassan and Team were excellent throughout the Purchsding process from viewing to delivery.
Very responsive and helpful at all stages.

An overall brilliant experience from the moment I found the car to the next day when I picked up my new car.

Lia who was absolutely fantastic, she made me feel very comfortable and did not push me in anyway and made me feel very reassured and answered any questions I had. She got the car ready for me to collect for the next day and made the processes very smooth!

Would highly recommend this dealership for sure.

Avoid Autotrade Southwest!!!

We purchased a 2011 BMW X5 back in April with clear age related marks which I wasn’t concerned with/about. I noticed that there was a door handle which was covered in sticky black residue but again didn’t think twice about it as I thought it would wash out (I was wrong!!) the handle was cracked and they filled it with some silicone type material. Which we had to replace! Happy enough with the car we paid the rest of the deposit which was £1000 and LUCKILY we did the rest on finance. As we were about the drive off the forecourt a seatbelt / airbag warning come up on the car. Assured that this was the recall which has been fixed, we drove away. We were told that if it doesn’t we can take it to any garage here in Plymouth to have this sorted. When we got home after a 2 hour drive we noticed that the seatbelt didn’t even work, how did it pass a NEW MOT!? Red flags began pinging!!! Fast forward 10 days as we went on holiday. I found out multiple lights that has started to pop up and found out that the DPF light was coming on/ flashing up. So had it plugged into the Carly where that warning kept coming on. Contacted the dealership with these issues as the car also hasn’t been serviced despite being told we couldn’t have it until that had been done. I was told that I had to return back it to Gloucester to have these faults looked at even though I was told I could have it sorted where I live - absolutely fuming as I had a 4 month old baby! Along with these faults the car kept telling me it needed to go on the ramp etc. The garage insisted that I took the car back but could only provide a courtesy vehicle which would have not been suitable! So I asked them to recover the car which they did. After having it 10 days the car comes back with no receipt of what worked has been done, covered in bird faeces, hay, mud and fag ash in the footwell (we don’t smoke!) and 500 miles added to the clock without an explanation. The next day the heating system completely failed leaving me with no air con or heating again with a baby! I contacted the dealership and they put me in contact with their after sales who insisted I used someone who they recommended to look at the car. After days had gone by I was told to contact a mobile mechanic which I did to be told he only covers portsmouth!! This was the final straw and I demanded to take it to my garage who I use regularly to be told that the car needs a new heating system and that the DPF was severely blocked and would need a new one! So 10 days of having the car, they did nothing!!! Which was going to cost £5000 which they would not pay and I now wanted to reject the car. They then began hitting me with the rights act saying they have the right to have the car back to investigate these faults!! I called the finance company who told me I have grounds to reject this car and put in a complaint which I did so. Fast forward… weeks and weeks the garage accepted the rejection. I think if I didn’t have the finance company backing me they would have tried to play silly buggers and fob me off more than they have already done! They had the car back and then said I have to pay £600 out of my deposit for a respray due to bird poo damaging the paint work which was 100% there when they sold the car!!!! Absolutely livid. But I’m so glad I do not have to deal with these cowboys anymore!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID! If you do insist on buying after this review please take multiple photos of the car when you get it back to your home!!!!

I saw a car I liked and from the very first contact with Ben I believe, I was amazed at the customer service. I had been to see cars at previous locations and had not even got out to look at them as the premises were a bit shady looking.
I arranged to see a car and I was a bit late getting there but it was no problem for them. I was left to check out the car and a couple of times Ben popped out to see how I was doing. Test drive all done and away I went. I did message later that I would buy the car.
Deposit details were sent over and the deposit was paid. I arranged to pick up the car and then I had to rearrange the pick up date.
On the pick up day I was throwing myself at the mercy of the train network to get there and it didn’t disappoint. After a broken train, luckily on an adjacent line, I then had a cancelled train…no problem I messaged Ben and he was on a day off so messages Lia who then picked me up from the station. We drove back to the site to fill out the paperwork for the car. Lia made light work of this and it was remarkably stress free, actually it was the exact opposite.
All in all, the whole team are a friendly accommodating bunch and I would not hesitate to return in the future for another purchase.

Wonderful service, and the team are very friendly and helpful. Just bought a car from Matt. Was given plenty of time alone to look over the car, all questions were answered and I did not feel pressured to make a purchase at all. Communication was great and the car was ready on time. Found my dream car and was more than happy to go ahead with the purchase after having such a positive experience each time we attended.
