Great and friendly staff, met me at the car park and driver, drove us back to the airport.

Very pleased with the service both leaving and returning to Heathrow. Transport from the Holiday Inn carpark to terminal 3 and back was quick and friendly. With all the bad stories in the news about airport parking, there were no issues with this company.

Raj was an excellent transfer driver making it speedy but in the perfect fashion to make us comfortable whilst getting to our car after a long day of traveling he was unbelievably kind efficient and knowledgeable.Absolute wonderful servive would use again

Was away for 3 weeks Easy to use website competitive pricing and you keep your keys..Courteous driver takes you to your terminal and collects you on your return.. No problems at all will definitely use again on our next trip from Heathrow.

Booking with Parkandflyheathrow was effortless. And very affordable too. Waited a bit for the shuttle bus to the airport but the return shuttle from the airport was on time. I'll definitely be using this company again.

We were happy about the car parking location and shuttle service. But when we’re ready to go to Heathrow that moment inside the shuttle service, the driver has informed us to pay £7.00 extra for the airport dropping off charge, which was not mentioned before verbally or electronically in the confirmation email. That was shocking for us! The car driver should pay for it as taxi drivers not us.

Simple and cheap way to park your car when flying from Heathrow. You can get dropped of and picked up from the airport too for £7. Can definitely recommend to anyone.

Brilliant. Called half an hour ahead, was told where to go and I was collected by an extremely nice and helpful minibus driver who dropped me off at Terminal 4. Hope the return is as good!

The parking is conveniently located close to Heathrow Terminal 4. It’s a large, secure car park with plenty of spaces, so finding parking was never an issue. The staff are available to help and guide you, regardless of the time of day.

They also offer a shuttle service to and from Terminal 4 for just £7 per journey. Booking the shuttle was straightforward, and the taxi arrived within minutes. Overall, an excellent experience, I’d happily rate it 5 stars.

System worked really well ,phone ahead 30 mins before arriving, drop car off, clear communication. Your car is left at Hotel parking spot and you hold onto your own keys throughout. Collection was similarly easy with lovely driver who followed our flight times and gave clear instructions where to meet. Extra Payment for entry to airport and exit ( £7 and £8) not part of booking cost.
