Don’t buy from them.They are Fraudster. Especially when you buy accident car they will tell you their agents are “competitive, but when your car arrives is a different ball game, and you don’t have a choice you are now stuck except you pay that money or your money and car gone!!!
Stay away and buy from EBay instead, cheaper and peace of mind.

Nonetheless, we are glad to provide all the details possible, so other readers will be aware of how do we work and that AuctionExport is a Business they can trust.
For example, client purchased a vehicle in May, and due to the size of the car he was invoiced for 1 space in a 40' with 3 cars. He was aware the price difference on the ocean side reflected that the container would carry 3 and not 4 cars. All clients sign invoices as a confirmation, which indicates that they aware that agent would be assigned to the container given that in some countries it does not allow to split bill of ladings.
All the copies of the bill of lading we upload to client's AuctionExport profile with full agent details, so client can contact the agent and inquiry about the clearing price at the destination.
All the prices agent is offering are legal and comply with all customs regulations. In some cases agent even need to borrow money to clear car of one client, who refuse to pay, so other clients could not suffer since they paid on time for their clearing.
We always try to assist all our clients, by providing all possible options available to pick up their cars.

Given the courteous sales agent that assisted whenever I had a question on the bidding process, I changed my mind in regards to AuctionExport. They are not a scam, but a casino: the house always wins.
I registered out of curiosity, thinking I'll take a look. What was I thinking.
As my European counterpart below, Morten Kjaer, I made a decent deposit through Skrill by start of 2019.
I was aware on the fees (don't remember the actual percentage they advertised when I deposited), but I never thought will end up asking money back, as I was set to buy a car: Ford Fusion (Mondeo in Europe).
Naively made another deposit, this time through Vogue. At this point, did not check on the fees, as I thought it's the same.
Why didn't I get the car, you ask:
All cars I was bidding on were strangely being removed from auction, every single time I entered a BID.
One day, noticing that, I started placing bids on cars I did not even want and the cars were being withdrawn one after the other, though there was time left for auction.
"bid" - email from AE:"we are sorry the car is no longer available, but we have others"
"bid" on another car - email from AE: "we are sorry, the car ...".
You get the picture.
Even stranger is that for some cars, there was no offer/BID made, and as soon as I was bidding, someone instantly chipped above. Over and over.
I honestly tried bidding just so I can get one car and prove myself I was wrong about them, but it made me feel like playing one of those claw machines.
So I reached the moment to get my amount back. I have to pay AE the following:
- 3.8% to get back the deposit I made through Skrill. I never paid when I made the deposit, so the fee belongs to AE, despite them telling me "it's a transaction fee". They must have a pretty bad agreement with Skrill, if regular customers don't pay for transactions, but their company does.
-3.8% + 35 USD (?!) to get back the deposit I made through Vogue, though I did not paid when I made the deposit.
Will most likely have to pay again when withdrawing from Skrill and Vogue accounts back to my credit card.
I see Morten only had to pay 1.8% to AE, he should feel blessed.

As a broker company we provide access to the North American auto auctions but we do not control the auctions, or bidding listings. It is in our best interest to assist you with buying a vehicle and ship it to your destination. This is our primary goal - to facilitate this transaction for our international customers.
Starting from 2019 you made 32 attempts to bid on cars through our platform:
22 times you got outbid by other users who participated in the auction due to higher bids.
9 times selling auctions removed or rescheduled lots(cars) from the bidding list. There could be many reasons for an auction to remove a lot from the bidding list - documents are not ready, the car is sold prior the live sale (each car with a Buy it Now option can be sold before the live sale starts), cars can be withdrawn from the bidding list by the seller, etc. You have received automatic notifications about the status of your request.
1 time we cancelled your bid manually because the car you have bidded for did not have a title. Such cars cannot be exported, that is why your bid was cancelled.
The deposit is required to be able to bid or buy a car and reserve it in case of winning. All deposits made by bank transfer or card are refunded with refund transaction fees. The fee % for refund was deducted from your deposit amounts and refunded to your original method of payment Skrill, as per your request.

I quickly registered and paid a deposit in order to bid. When I realised how much the cost of transport to Europe was, I asked AE to repay my deposit.
What they did:
* First 50 USD deposit paid, they refunded in full.
* Second 500 USD deposit (paid - you must pay 10% to be able to bid 5.000 USD), they took 1,5% fee - EVEN it was paid via debit card with no fee for them.
THIS IS POOR. A-E asks you to pay a SUBSTANTIAL DEPOSIT in order that they can trust YOU. BUT they only write with VERY small font in their business conditions, that THEY charge a fee, should the deposit be paid back. This is NOT a mutual trust relationship.
I believe the platform and service otherwise is working. A-E should 1) annull such fees - it must mean virtually nothing for them OR 2) Write in CAPITAL letters WHERE YOU SEE IT WHEN DEPOSITING MONEY, that they charge a fee for returning your non-spent money from them!
I am disappointed principally and I hope they are fair in most other respects - I have no reason to doubt this.

AuctionExport arrange shipping to more than 120 countries in the world and the shipping cost is always calculated individually for a specific car as it depends on different factors: car's size, weight, condition, specially location in the USA or Canada and destination country. On each car's page we have a Shipping Calculator option that helps to get estimates of delivery and we always recommend to check the exact price of transportation prior to the purchase by sending an email to our Shipping Department.
Besides, at the time of deposit, all clients are assigned to representatives from the Sales Department who can also provide the total calculations before the purchase or bidding.
The deposit is required to be able to bid or buy a car and reserve it in case of winning. All deposits made by bank transfer or card are refunded with refund transaction fees. The fee % for refund was deducted from both of your deposit amounts at once as one fee, that's why you have received $50 with no fee deducted.
